I bought a cabinet from EOS CA that states on Amazon that they are advertising as a free return, I bought a second cabinet because there was a delay on the 1st item due to it getting lost. I tried to return the first item because it didnt fit my house but they kept stalling and wouldnt give me a shipping label. They were chRging me $60 for the return shipping label when they clearly advertised along with Amazon that it was free return shpping. Amazon even told me that they would pay for the return shipping label, I sent the required pictures but eos ca still refuses to send me shipping label. The return window date on the first item is now closed and I have no way of returning it. Amazon filed a claim and the representative told me that I will get my refund guaranteed but I havent received my money Ton this day, Ive been trying to get my money for the past month but this company still havent sent me anything. They offered to send me a replacement part, but I dont want a replacement part. I want my money back for the item that I have no used of. They are holding my money hostage, I am willing to return the package but they are charging me half the amount of the item which is crazy.
