On 6/26/2021 I placed a deposit towards patio furniture that was to be delivered within 6 months …. Did not happen … I understand a partial shipment has arrived but it is too late and I asked for my deposit to be refunded ($2,677.50) I was told on June 26 that the check was in the mail (!) but it has not arrived nor are my phone calls answered …. All I want is my deposit back ! ThanksBusiness response

We were originally going to issue her refund on her credit card, however she was adamant that she received her refund in a check form. We advise to process a refund via check would take longer. Check has been issued and is in the mail.

On 5/25/21, I ordered four “Sahara” chaise loungers from a distributor in Carrollton, TX (Paradise Outdoor Design) which represents Summerset Casual. I paid $2446.00. I have received the four cushions for the loungers, but not the loungers themselves. I understand that there have been many issues that have caused this delay, and have tried to be patient, but I either need the loungers by 5/1/22 or a refund of my money. I have consistently contacted Summerset Casual; but many times to no avail. They do not routinely answer my phone calls, my texts or my emails. At the initial point of sale at Paradise Outdoor Design, I was told it would take 8-12 weeks. That company is now out of business, so the three times I’ve actually spoken with ****** at Summerset, I was told the loungers would arrive 10/15/21, 1/21/22 and between 3/15/22- 4/15/22. Now I cannot get anyone to answer my calls. I appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.Business response

I have submitted a warranty claim on 10/4 for defective cushions on our Jolee outdoor furniture we purchased. I also submitted a warrant claim on 10/8 for defect in the powder coat finish on aluminum of fire table, sofa, chair and end table. forms were filled out along with pictures. I have left multiple phone calls as well and also emailed them directly for an update with no answer.Business response

We have contacted the customer. We'll replace her furniture and make new cushion for her. She would like an upgrade on the cushion fabric and she's still working on choosing her new fabric right now.Regards*****
