      I was genuinely excited to receive my order, as the size of the table was perfect. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I saw the table's color. It had very strong orange/caramel hues, which were nothing like the pictures and clashed horribly with my living room's aesthetic.I reached out to initiate the 30-day return process, and what followed was a nightmare of weeks-long back and forth. The company insisted that I pay for the return shipping, despite their claims of free returns on quality products. Considering the table's extreme weight, I can only imagine the exorbitant shipping fees.My dissatisfaction with the product and the endless email exchanges led to an agreement of a 20% discount if I kept the table. Then, to my utter dismay, they retracted and offered only a 10% discount. The entire experience was frustrating beyond belief, and I felt trapped in a never-ending loop with customer service.Due to this incredibly poor customer service and the misleading product photos, I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend buying from this company if you have any thoughts of returning an item.

      I had a problem with the first delivery from Fed Ex and I contacted Homary with this problem and ***** helped me through the process of sending out another shipment to replace the lost shipment. ***** was quick with responses and within a few days I received the shipment and **** do me a great favor

      After ordering I realized this company was not reputable, I tried to cancel my order and they coincidentally sent me shipping information right before their response email telling me it was already shipped. Received defective product. Have been attempting to get a return label for four business days. At this point they have stolen my money. Every positive review of this company is fake.
