I entered the store after previously paying for gas. The gas pump wasn't turned on for me. After I entered the second time, there was another lady leaving, who the cashier was cursing at, with other customers in the store also, who had the same issue as I did but on a different pump. I told the cashier that the pump wasn't on. She told me that I pumped $0.19 worth of gas. I told her that I took the pump, without pressing a fuel grade, and set it down, then hung it back up, to come back into the store and inquire. She was still cursing and swearing after the lady she was cursing and swearing at left. When it was my turn in line, she was adamant that I pumped the gas and argued with me before and after going out herself, to confirm that $0.19 of gas was pumped. I told her I'm not arguing the fact that the pump says $0.19 worth of gas pumps, I'm telling you I didn't pump $0.19. I pumped $0. I asked for a refund at which point she said there was nothing that she could do. I asked for the manager's name so that I could at least let them know that their pumps are not working properly. She refused to give me any information about a manager, telling me that there was no manager. I told her that I was going to call the police because she was completely unwilling to amend the loss that I took. She then got on the phone with the police, telling them that I looked like I had been up all night and that she felt unsafe. I started filming with my cell phone at the moment I told her that I was going to call the police. I went outside after the camera was rolling for about 3 minutes. She came out and proceeded to take a picture of my car, and a picture of me. I filmed that too. The police came and ended up trespassing me from the location. I'm okay with that, but I'm not okay with even the small amount that was essentially taken from me with no services. I fully intend on pursuing legal action against her and the establishment. To reiterate, others have the same problem.
