    We bought a generator on 03/08/2025 it didnt even last a week. We first got the generator it was going through 2 quarts of oil a day and now its seized and know they are trying to find a repair shop and not having luck mean while its getting 90+ in an rv and they dont want to send us a new one. I would like a new one sent to me and you guys take the old one because of this we have no power which means no anything in an rv (now running water no refrigerator medicine is bad because it got to hot no ac in ******* thats not good) please do the right thing puslar and the review would be better. For the other customers that read this do not buy from them its the worst almost $1800 we spent on a generator

    Was considering purchasing one of their generators at ******* not knowing or hearing much about the Pulsar brand so I decided to look on their website to see if ordering replacement parts, finding authorized service centers, and contacting them would be a simple task should I need to do so in the future as none of that is listed on their website. Boy I'm glad I tried calling their customer service phone number first. There was literally no other way to contact the company. On most legitimate company websites, when you scroll all the way to the bottom you find the "contact Info" section with the company's address, phone number, and email address. Pulsar does not have such a thing, not even a way to open an online customer support ticket. I waited on hold on the phone for ************************************************************************************************** the company gone. I have also looked at the manner in which they respond to customer complaints/reviews and it is completely pathetic and unprofessional. They are overly defensive, disrespectful, condescending, and it reminds me of a stuck up handyman that does shoddy work responding to angry reviews about him online.

    I ordered a lawnmower blade over 3 weeks ago and they told me they will send it out 3 times and never did I will never order anything else from this company and I would not recommend anyone else to buy from them

    Hi John - FYI we manufacture several product categories including emergency generators. In the past 3 weeks Florida has been hit be 2 major hurricanes, and the nation of Ecuador is having blackouts. We decided to delay other product support to run 12+ hour shifts helping disaster victims restore power. Hopefully you can find a way to forgive us. Additional information: Your blade was packed and outbound yesterday when you contacted Jesselin and told her to cancel the order. If it was urgent, Home Depot carries excellent blades with adapters for our mower. Final thought... If you still need a blade, I will personally send one to you today, at no charge.

    I own a Pulsar Dual Fuel Generator (9500w) and love it. I have had it for just under 3 years and never needed it until the massive power outages in ******* last week. I ran both fuels and it performed flawlessly. I am able to plug it in to my main breaker and run the whole house. I didn't try to run the ** but I think I could and will experiment soon once I install soft starts on my unit. I did have a problem when I first got it with the starter but tech support was very good and shipped me a new starter and I recently followed up with them and they are just awesome. Yes, it took a few calls to get through but I was persistent and they took exceptional care of my needs. I don't know about the other negative reviews, but my experience was exceptional. Some people will never be satisfied...

You might have noticed that our support staff are all US based, real people, no 'bots'; it's help worth waiting for. As an aside, AC systems can be finicky with invert-based generators.     Bought a generator and it frozen after 3 days of use. Tried to contact tech support and the phone rang unanswered for a full week. No answer.

    I do not believe you. And I have access to every phone call in and out of our network. Please send us the phone number you called from to *********************************************************. -Two things will happen: 1. Our supervisor will contact you directly and assist. 2. I will search our network for every instance of your phone number. -If I see any evidence to support your call going a "full week, no answer" I shall send you a free generator. And if you are exaggerating, then I shall post the relevant call records publicly, here on BBB in my final rejoinder. Fair? We eagerly await your reply.

    Purchased 200cc lawn mower and within first week the engine started having issues, I have it at a local repair shop now. But absolutely a ridiculous company making terrible lawn mowers, I have a friend who works at a local well known hardware store and they say this brand is being returned constantly. This company may have an A+ rating but they have an F- on my end, not to mention customer service could care less because why would they. I know they will probably respond by saying keep your receipts and get the warranty but that is such a crazy thing to say when you knowingly make lawn mowers that last 1 week, meaning I would need to make 52 returns and exchanges just to cut my grass for a full year.

We could talk about customers who demand the lowest price, at any cost, and we could talk about government interference with free trade. But none of these matters in your case and this is whyIn your initial contact with *** in support, you tried to go heavy on her by darkly intoning that you would be contacting upper management should she fail to meet your specious demands. In your subsequent contact with ******** in support, you were advised that your bank statement was not suitable proof of purchase. She redirected you to the store to obtain a copy of your receipt. You replied: OK, thanks. Regarding the * on your end, we feel the same way about entitled bullies who try to push around our staff. Likewise, your proposition of weekly mower exchanges is absurd in extremis. We are still waiting for your receipt. Good Day.

    Purchased pulsar 200 self propelled mower.firtst time I used it wheels which are plastic broke off.thrn plastic discharge chute broke ,now on 4rth t imr of using it the self propelled broke .many complaints of the same issues.called pulsar manufacturers ND no help so everyone just gets screwed out of ****** for a mower that is just a piece of plastic junk.sent in proff of purchase and ***** no help.This company needs to be help responsible for charging ****** a ND th e product doesn't even last thru 4 cuttings.I Plan to **** Zero stars but had to put one to give my review.Buyer be ware!@@

    This customer contacted our support department and she demanded a refund for a 15 month old mower. Our staff replied that her mower has a 12 month warranty, but we could provide needed parts as a customer courtesy. The woman became irate and demanded money of us. She then threatened to "smear" us on social media and she threatened to *** us, then she demanded supervisor. We directed her back to the retailer where she spent here money - 15 months ago and the retailer too, sent her away.- The angry woman phoned us again, now speaking to a second representative. Our warranty policy was reiterated and the angry woman repeated her threats of an online slander campaign and a frivolous fund-raiser lawsuit. The second rep, acting within policy for threatening behavior, ended the call. -A word of wisdom to you, ******************... ******* and Libel are civilly prosecutable. The threats and legal actions are a two way street. Mind your mouth. Be nice.-Again, if there is anything we can reasonably do to help this utterly unreasonable person, we remain available at ************. Good Day!

    If I could give a zero I would! Below you will find the email responses I received from them.Settle down if you want our help and stop your baseless accusations..1. We are a manufacturer, you purchased nothing from us.2. We never deliver "used" generators to our retail partners.With those two points firmly established, please forward your purchase receipt and any relevant photos you may have and let's see if we can help you. And As to my lack of professionalism, too bad. All you need to do is be nice. Try it next time. ****** This was in response to my email:I have attached the photos! My "accusations" are not baseless. And I can understand the need to defend yourself, but your response is very unprofessional and disrespectful! If you look at my email, it was never directed towards you personally, how would you feel if you purchased a product for almost $900.00 just to feel duped when you open it! Pictures are attached!This is so unacceptable!! Disrespectful, rude, uncalled for! This is what happens when companies are not held accountable for what they do! Is the consumer not allowed to be baffled when we spend hundreds of dollars and we get junk from the seller. Are we not allowed to reach out and demand they do right by the hundreds we spent!! I will continue reporting this until someone with some sense at pulsar reaches out to us!!! I hope someone who matters reads this and sees what some of their employees do to tarnish their name!!     ************ attacked ** with baseless accusations. Generators like the one you bought are too big for *** and too small for a full trailer, They ship LTL and occasionally have to cross a dock. That's where we believe you generator got wet. .. on a transfer dock, not at our factory, not here at our warehouse. We offered to replace your generator at once, immediately. ... Around 3 minutes later, a man who identified himself as your husband contacted our service department and he threatened VIOLENCE against our staff. That is outrageous and your behavior is outrageous. Try being nice, or at least civil when contacting strangers and asking for help.

    Purchased one on e-bay November of 2023 wouldn't start the screws on the side panel were stripped so i couldn't get to the battery no remote i blamed the seller at first but come to find out if you don't buy a pulsar from one of there approved dealers they will not warranty the machine. I also think its a crying shame that e bay allows these people to advertise these generators as new when they are considered factory seconds by the manufacturer i am very disappointed with both companies there's no purchase protection any more so i am limiting my on line purchases as much as possible so buyer beware of any pulsar product as customer service is non existent like there warranty and parts department as this machine is a piece of c***

    ***** - ***** is an auction site completely beyond the reach or control of Pulsar Products. How far do you expect us to extend warranty coverage? .***** - You were helped by ****** back in January. You bought your third-party generator from a vendor called "New Born Spirit"? Who does that? This is like buying a yoga outfit from a Harley *********** What were you thinking??.It turns out that ****** broke company policy for you and he sent you free parts and a shop referral, just to be nice to you *****. Then what did you do? You went right back to **** and you bought a SECOND Pulsar generator from the same online Shaman who sold you the first one. Then you called back ****** and started banging on him for more free service. .***** - Have someone help you with online purchases, please. .*******************
