      Purchased a firearm by this company on 12/24/22 received it around the beginning of February I paid 673$ for this useless item, good thing I was carrying a different firearm where my life was possibly on the line instead of their firearm. This business expects for you to commit gunsmith work to fix their mistakes! all they did was send me a replacement part and an Allen wrench with no instructions they also denied my warranty because I modified the gun to make it try and cycle atleast one round and it worked after they sent me a broken gun that didn’t cycle any bullets at all, after I asked for a refund it was denied they could’ve atleast sent a working replacement and some compensation for my wasted time. Instead they stopped responding to my emails after I really needed that refund and I couldn’t sell this gun because it wasn’t worth nothing but 15$ worth of scrap DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXCEL OR ACCU-TEK FIREARMS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR LIFE IN A SELF DEFENSE SITUATION good thing I was carrying my Glock 26 and could defuse the situation I was placed in I’m thankful I didn’t carry this non working rifle. Cherish your life and pick a different brand!

      Trying to return a dangerous gun .380 pistol serial *******. Have called Excell Arms over 3 weeks 12 times with no response and no answer to my e-mails.

      I sent a pistol back to them for repair on 2-25-2021, I have never heard from them and all of my calls or e-mails are never answered. This is the second time I've had problems with them. I am a business sending these pistols back to them for my customers who purchased one of their products.

      Regarding the statement made in the complaint:

      Above statement is not true where he states "heard nothing from them".  We have made contact with customer and explained delay in getting firearm returned.  
      **** ******* was contacted by phone on 11/18/2021, after he called and left a message he was looking for status of the firearm.  At that time we advised customer that a piece of the barrel was broken, and the barrel needed to be replaced. We are still awaiting a new barrel to install on the firearm, that has been delayed beyond our control due to the pandemic and material shortages and delays.

      Customer called on 3/22/2022, same day as he filed this complaint.  He left a message early morning.  His call was returned on 3/22/2022, and he was remined that we had spoke previously that perhaps he failed to remember and that his request had not been ignored as he claims in this complaint.  At that time he left a message he said if I don't hear back from you I will contact BBB and file a complaint.  I spoke with him on 3/22/2022 and told him I will be emailing you a copy of our conversation so he has a record on the 11/18/2021 and the 3/22/2022 phone conversation.  

      Attached is a copy of the email I sent him on 3/22/2022, in follow up to our phone conversation.
      The email states when the new parts become available we can return the firearm to him, once he makes payment for the fees required and sends us a current Federal Firearms License.  We are not charging him for a new barrel, however he is responsible for return shipping.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
      If they take another year to get a barrel I will not be happy. 
      Last time I had a gun in for repair it took over a year to get it and that time was only with your help. They wouldn't return calls or emails.
