This business is not worth trusting. I have been in Motel business for last 37 years. Have ordered many supplies online and over the phone. But never encountered such problem. I ordered 2 doz. of King top of the bed sheets over the phone with Jennifer Marcello at pacific Lodiging supply. I was charged the same day of Order. Order came after 12 weeks , which was fine. King size (110x96) was the specifications on their invoice and shipping label . When our housekeeper tried to use it , it was not the correct size as specified. When measured it is 106x 88 . Called Jennifer next day and explained the issue of size. She assured to find solutions. I sent her the copy of invoice, copy of the shipping box showing the 110x96 measurement. She answered call for few times and email say she working with the management to resolve the issue. Then they have never responded. Order was for $599.00 I placed order to use the product not to return and go into this trouble. It is not to the specifications they have online or advertised. I would never want to do a business with people who are not honest. BeWare all of you out there before you order. Dear sir, I have not received any return label email so far. In fact I stopped hearing from Jennifer Marcello either phone call or email. That’s the reason I have to go BBB seek help. I got a call from pclodging rep Lewis He said he is going to expedite the return label process and the refund Hope to hear soon to end this issue Will upgrade if any thing happens in near future Thanks kindly
