If i coukd put zero stars I would. I stayed here 2 days, I booked a third and without being aware they told me I was not welcomed. They didn't give me a detail reason, when I got the news I asked to get a refund for the third day purchase they said no that I'm not getting a refund the manager luis tried to provoke me by insulting me my wife who just got surgery and is in a wheel chair and my 2 boys who are ages 8 and 11. He mocked me in front of my family, very tacky behaved and his appearance was disturbing smelly and toxic. I didn't understand but I rather lose $100 than to be around ugly disgusting behavior. The hotel is filthy with bed bugs and ants. There was old soup stains on the table I hope they knock this building down.and rebuild worst example of professionalism I've ever seen stay at azure down the street or folk anywhere but this ugly excuse of a motel.Review from Concepcion D.

The manager was rude and had an attitude. Put a do not return on us because he claims we were rude. We never raised our voice. Did not curse or were belligerent. Could not explain his reasoning behind not allowing us to stay. Told us to get a refund from Priceline but wouldn’t give us his number to give the company to address who told us to get a refund.Review from Allen C

The worst, needs to be shut down Bathroom lights didn’t work burns all over the floor one huge crack pipe burn. Filthy bathroom with peeling paint hanging from the ceiling like an abandoned building. No breakfast as advertised (they blame Covid but other hotels do have breakfast) Dried FECES in the bed clothes!!!Review from Dr. Mardhia

Manager called Luis E M****, responded to my email complaint about their false advertisement of free breakfast with such rude attitude, they truly deserve their “F” BBB rating. I pray healthcare professionals avoid this inn like the plague. There was hair all over the bathtub and small flies in the room. The only good thing they have going for them is good landscaping, proximity to airport and friendly shuttle drivers. Dr ******* ******.Review from Bryan K

I booked a hotel room through priceline for the 30th of October and after i clicked button paying my money it said i booked it for the 7th and 8th of November. There was an orange tab to free cancel but when i tried priceline stated i would be charged $96.00. Luis the manager never once returned my call so i went to hotel to resolve this issue and he basically gave me the finger. Priceline said i booked a room with no changes nor money back so they both screwed me
