      I ordered saddle bags and a tour pack none match or fit properly and my pack didn't cime with keys for the lock, I've been waiting for my saddle bags for three months I call with no answer, this place is very unprofessional I don't recommend it to anyone.

      It has been over three weeks since I received my defective items (brake lights for my jeep wrangler). I called the ************************************************************ the necessary information to get a full refund. It took twelve days to get a call return. The representative was totally clueless that I wanted to return these lights and all the steps I have taken to get these lights fixed. He advised that he would submit a request for a refund. For the past three weeks, I have emailed "customer support " and jumped through their hoops. I have submitted at least six videos, per their request. In the end, ************************* would ask questions that should have been asked during the first two emails, or questions that would have answered if they would have watched the videos. I have requested numerous times the information to return these lights and still nothing. ***** has poor English skills, however is very good using stall tactics!!I believe it is their hope that I will just go away. ***** will make "promises" to do something, but the buyer must do something first. I provided the information and ***** never follows through with his promises. 100 percent satisfaction according to their website is a fraud. As of April 4, 2024. (Copy of the email) May we know the 3rd brake light is no problem right? We apply the refund of the tail lights $120 for you. You don't need to return the tail lights, please cut the wires of the tail lights and take a picture for us, then we will handkle the refund for you. LED Factory Mart *****. M The actual price of the lights was $199.54 dollars. In my opinion this email is very confusing. Are they applying $120.00 dollars refund now and will apply the additional $79.54 when I submit the pictures of the cut wiring or are they only crediting me a total of $120.00 dollars?. I am filling this complaint with the BBB in the hope of getting a full refund.

      I just thought I would share that my experience with LED Factory Mart was/is terrible.I bought headlights/fog lights and was told they were heated to prevent snow/ice buildup. I was told when it reaches a certain temperatures the heater would turn on.During our recent snow storms I found out they were defective. We had to pull over with no **************** in the storm. When I contacted ************ in support he said sorry the 30 day return period is over. I bought the lights in the summer. No means to test until the weather is right.We went back and forth with ***** telling lies etc for a month.At the end of last week I filed a small claims in ****.Have any of you experienced similar?

      NEVER purchase from this company--I purchased some fog lights for my 2022 Bronco because this store had them competitively priced compared to other shops I was looking about for comparableproducts. That's essentiallythe last benefit I received. The product came in good order but with ZERO installation instructions making them useless. Especially considering this was an electronics product that had to be run through the *** factory headlight wiring. I am a resourceful guy so I spent almost 3 weeks going back and forth with the company to acquire instructions they clearly didn't possess (I don't know how you're selling an electronicsproduct without any knowledgeof how it works). Whereas the competitors had ***** min step-for-step installation instructions available online the best I could get from them was a video under 30 seconds that said little more than "connect the wires." I pointed out to their customer service rep that there are at least 8 differentwires on the left front headlightcoupling and even more on the right. Nothing. I tried reaching out to the local garages but they do not installoutside parts. I was forced to return the item but was told that I'd have to cover the shipping and be charged an additional 15% restocking fee. While I was able to get them to waive the restocking fee I still have to pay nearly 10% of the item cost for my months-longhassle. I would never recommendusing this company. You're better off going to a known producer or even Amazon.

      Waited 1 month to get my order of headlights shipped, which they said was in stock. I emailed *************************** and he said that "they have to pass inspection and my order didn't" like they actually make the parts themselves lol. I got tired of waiting and emailed ******************* to just cancel my order and refund my payment in full and got 4 responses from him, trying to make me wait for my order and convince me that its coming. I got extremely impatient and sent an angry reply asking for the cancellation of my order and to refund the money again. ***** finally said okay and to wait three business days. after three business days, the order was showing that it has still not shipped and that it wasn't cancelled and no I didnt get my refund yet. I emailed ***** again, and he said, and I quote "Sorry for the inconvenience. We have urged our manager to handle the refund" and that was sent last night. Still no cancellation or refund, so now I am pursuing legal action and putting my skills to the test to find who these people are exactly.IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LED FACTORY. As I closer inspect their business, numerous people have had the same issue as I have with NO REFUNDING EVER MADE.

      When trying to get hold of them through the phone number listed as a customer service number. it goes straight to voicemail and there's no one to return phone calls. My product came with no instructions and when trying to get clarification as to how it is installed. You get sent a link to a video that has nothing to do with ************ product. I get the impression that when emailing. And I get a response so super early in the morning. That's the customer service email. Is somebody responding from a third country and nowhere near *****************. The information that is supplied by the website is very misleading. You're giving the impression that this is something map is operating in ***************** when in fact, it is probably being operated from ***** along with the customer service phone number since it is a whatsapp number.

      iF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU ARE SO FAR AHEAD OF THE GAME THAN i WAS. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I purchased a set of LED lights for my harley davidson. The set I received did not fit my bike and I tried to return them for a refund. Initially, Dave Mathews said he would pay me 10% of my refund price and I could sell or retain the set. When I told him that I wanted to ship them back and get a refund, he wanted pictures, and info regarding my motorcycle. He never provided an address to mail the LED lights back and never refunded my money. This company is a fraud and they need to be taken down from doing business in the US. The product they are selling is cheap and in no way going to fit your specification.

      I have sent in the item to be returned, tracking number, and pictures. Your email states that you received the item at your warehouse but will not issue me a refund until I rescind my complaint thru paypal. Keeping my refund as hostage until a complain is rescinded amounts to fraud!!!!!

      I am writing to this review to express my disappointment at the level of service provided. The company's website states that orders are “shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed”. I placed the order (#7****) on Friday 4/21/23 and I received the confirmation email at 4:05pm EST on Friday afternoon. I sent an email to the support @ l*************.com email address at 12:30pm EST on Wednesday 4/26/23 asking about the status of my order as it still showed unfulfilled. This email went unanswered and I attempted to contact the company through their Facebook page at 10:15am EST on Thursday 4/27/23. I also attempted to call the customer service number three times on 4/27/23 and the line rings to an auto-attendant recording that states your call will be connected to a representative shortly, then it transfers to a recording that says there is no one available at extension *** (the customer service number) and disconnects. As of 4:32pm EST on 4/27/23 my order history still shows the order as unfulfilled and it is well past the 48 hour mark. They cannot respond to my email but their system can continue to send sales emails. At this point I need to know how to get a refund or proceed with legal action for fraud! Hopefully the company sees this, looks up the order number and reaches out immediately! (I won't be holding my breath)
