On March 18, 2024, I went to Crown Lexus car dealer located at ************************************, and was assisted by ************************************* (sales consultant). I told her that I was looking for some preventative service for the maintenance of my 2019 **** Edge Titanium with ******* miles. I felt deceived by ************************************* (sales consultant) and bad information about the contract. , I also reminded of her mistake in writing my initial without my authorization, and requested to terminate the contract Immediately or I would seek legal help.

They will try to sell you a BS warranty that is already covered by the factory warranty. They also charge a BS $995 lease buyout fee that other Lexus dealerships do not charge. Also, Eugene G****** is a terrible salesperson. He was condescending and does not know how to respectfully talk to a customer. He would start all conversations with fellow co workers by saying “be careful, this guy is extremely mad”, kept telling me I was trying to be an “exception” from every other customer instead of answering my questions, would only help IF I accepted their ridiculous buyout fee, and claimed to be the manager when he wasn’t. The actual finance director and service person were much more respectful in communicating with me but Eugene ruined my experience with this dealership.

This is either a scam dealership or they just don’t know what they're doing. I attempted to purchase a NX 450 at full MSRP. I decided to purchase the car via Lexus’s Monogram program but was talked out of it, first red flag. They ran a credit check and I put down a deposit via credit card and waited for the car to come in, when the car arrived, I was called and mailed the paperwork. I was going to pay for the car in full with a cashiers check but they made me fill out a credit application anyway, they said this was in case the cashiers check bounced, second red flag. They sent me a document "Statement of delivery outside California” that I was to sign and have notarized even though it was not being delivered outside of California, I was told the was just to verify my identity, third red flag. I was also sent and told to sign the “ “Statement pursuant to section 6247 of the California sales and use tax law” which states that this vehicle will be delivered to me at an out-of -state address and if I bring the car back into the state of California I may owe use tax, fourth red flag. The finance manager Michelle told me they're a big company and that I had to sign that document or we couldn’t move forward, and that was it for me. To be clear I paid California sales tax, lic and registration on top of MSRP, I live in California, the car would be delivered to me in California and the dealership is in California. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC for them trying to have me sign a false statement and have it notarized. FYI Beverly Hills Lexus is selling the same car for $3100 off MSRP but in a different color. Ontario Lexus sucks, with the exception of Oscar, he was the only person that I had confidence in.

Crown Lexus is running a scam on extended warranties. I purchased a new 5-year 100,000 mile plan in Dec of 2018 Crown Lexus is now refusing to honor said plan, stating the plan starting months before I purchased the car. Question everyone needs to ask themselves. Who would agree to purchase a plan that is in effect months before your purchase of a car? Not anyone in their right mind! CERTAINLY NOT ME! We all know that when you are purchasing a car, they put documents in front of you to sign. This was a new plan, as explained to me by the financial person. The plan has an agreement date in Dec. The date of purchase. Let me also state - They had to take money off of the asking price because of false advertisement of the car amenities. This should have been my 1st warning! DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR UNETHICAL SALEMANSHIP.

Staff in crown Lexus sales department are rude, arrogant & unfriendly. I got the bad vibes as soon as I walked in that dealership. Not helpful & unfriendly. Extremely lacking in customer service area. I will never ever step on this place again neither would I recommend it to someone.
