              November 2023 I inadvertently ordered 3 firepits. My husband had them in his cart and when I pressed my item it ordered his too. We received them 11/10. We kept one and returned the other 2. We got the return label from Amazon and shipped them at the *** store in separate boxes. It cost $138 to ship them. We never got our refund. They said they only received one but never gave us a refund for that one either. I emailed them a copy of our *** receipt in April of this year. I never got a reply. Ive called several times , left my phone number but never got a call back.Amazon called and left a message also. I hope you can help.
