So I recently ordered this hammock Because my old hammock broke on me after four years. I wasnt planning to spend a lot of money so I decided to buy something under hundred dollar and I got a really good deal from ******** I love the built of it. It is very sturdy and well balanced. The assembly process took about 10 minutes. The instructions were quite clear that a ****** can understand.

I had an issue with a hammock stand that I kept for too long because the deck I build had a delay. When I opened it one of the supports was bent so I was unable to assemble it and lucky me, by waiting I was outside of the return time. I contacted them and explained them this without any expectations and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did take care of me. I purchased a bird cage from Yaheetech on amazon. I then changed my mind tried to cancel the order before the seller shipped it. However, the seller ignored my request and still shipped the item. The seller ended up charging me $12.98 and wont refund me the full price. It says that I need to pay for the shipping for return. I dont think I should be responsible paying for shipping cause I requested a cancellation before the shipment. I contacted Amazon and was being told by the customer service named **************** that the item was damaged. Thats a total lie from the seller. I didnt even open the box! I returned the item in a NEW condition as it was shipped to me. I am still not sure what I am I being charged for. I am paying $12.98 for nothing. The seller refused to refund me the full price. The whole experience is just terrible and time consuming.Yaheetech.shop Response
