Placed order with PackFreshUSA on 10-26-2021 in the amount of $110.38. Received email from PackFreshUSA on 11-5-2021 with USPS Tracking Number that didn't work. Contacted company the second time through their website messaging service about USPS Tracking Number not working on 11-10-2021. No reply from PackFreshUSA either time. Called and cancelled the order. Lady I spoke to confirmed refund and asked if I did receive the order to refuse it and have it shipped back. 11-13-2021 package was delivered by USPS. Asked USPS to return to sender. Package was shipped back to PackFreshUSA. As of 11-26-2021 I have yet to receive my refund for the amount of $110.38.Business response
