I have been a customer for 5 years...we have had no issues up until the last three orders. I have had bags that started peeling on us after we filled them with spice. I also have other pictures of brand-new bags out of the box that show signs of bubbling. I spoke with the owner ******************* who told me I must have done something to cause it. Then I sent photos right out of the box, and I was told that this had never happened before. He placed the blame on me...the bags are made for spice...then the new bags are bubbling, and he does not want to address the issue. Horrible customer service, never seen a company place so much blame on the customer to avoid responsibility. I run a company and never treat my customers like that. I would like to get re-imbursed for the money I have lost. I had to sell most of my spice rubs at discounted prices due to the bubbling.Initial Complaint

I ordered 200 bags on February 10, 2023 for $109.53. The bags were delivered to the wrong address. I filed a claim with UPS. Per UPS this claim was resolved and a check for the amount was written and sent to Sav-on Bags on March 7, 2023. The check number was **********. I called and talked with a representative at Sav on Bags on March 13 and he stated to send confirmation from UPS. I emailed him within the hour with the above information. I have not received a response back. I began emailing each business day starting 3/16/2023 as well as calling Sav-on Bags. I have left a voicemail each day as no one has answered the phone. I have yet to receive a call or email or refund of my money.Business response

We have received UPS claim refund and refunded back to customer’s creditcard ******** on 03/29/2023.
