On November 13, 2021 I was Christmas shopping at Ontario Mill’s. I came across this perfume store La Fragancia, (See copy of merchant receipt copy 1) balloons and banners were all in the front announcing 50% to 60% discount on authentic luxury perfumes. To my surprise the great special included 2 perfumes I had been wanting. Tom Ford – Jasmin Rouge & Good Girl 80ml Eau de Parfum Swarovski Limited Edition I question how the price could be so low. The response was because of the defective boxes slightly damaged the merchant paid less to the manufacture, this enabled the merchant to pass the discount to the customer offering a much lower price plus discount. I believed what I was purchasing was 100 % genuine product. Up to Sunday – November 14 when I actually looked at the perfume’s I see that they were alcohol spray not oil base perfumes- I purchased oil base perfumes I paid for oil base perfumes. I immediately call the merchant- the man that answer the phone tells me that there is no phone in the store – this way all of the attention is to the customers how could he help me. I explained that the perfumes I purchased were not what I got, I received the wrong item was overcharge as well. He was very nice he tells me not to worry to come back to the store and I can return them so I can get my money back. I inform him I will go in on Saturday November 20th. Due to the 2hrs drive from my home to the store. Asked for his name -He replies ***** is what I understood. November 20th, I arrive at the store approached the same group that attended to me on Nov 13, I explained the mistake took out both perfumes from bag of purchased. From that point on the situation changed- Mr. ***** became outraged, hostile extremely insulting . Refund to refund my money. Told me if I wanted a refund I had to have the original boxes and pay a restocking fee. I never got the boxes how can I return something I never got. Mr. ***** behavior was unstable. I fear what else he might do.
