Worst service ever. ******** come in to replace filter. First few times, they rescheduled because we didnt answer their 1 text that they were here on time.They finally came but didnt have filters. Bought the filters and the technician was supposed to come next day. Did not come next day or after. No call no text to reschedule. Came on Thursday, did not have the filters we ordered. Its been 4 weeks. Every time we schedule, they dont come or call. Dont waste your timeReview from Lorretta R

I am presently experiencing hardships in getting them to fix a new installation of a HVAC system. They have done unsatisfactory work on my HVAC system. I've been persistent in contacting them to fix my system. They keep sending people who come into my home to "Solve" the problem. (Maybe third party companies using INEXPERIENCED WORKERS.) ***************** are sent each time, leaving with me believing they've fixed the problem. Instead, I am left with an expectation of faulty comments that DO NOT meet the company's standards!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. I will not use them again, nor will I refer them to my friends and family.Review from NICK C

Our natural gas tankless water heater from Rinnai stop working today. To our surprise "ALL PRO plumbing, heating air electrical" was able to get a technician out to us not only on the same day but within an hour and a half of the phone call for service. The technician they sent out was *************************, I cannot say enough good things about the technician, he was very courteous, very patient with our repetitive questions, very thorough with what he thought might be the problem, and very efficient in fixing our broken natural gas tankless water heater from Rinnai. Technician *************************, is an outstanding employee of "ALL PRO Plumbing, heating air electrical"! We are very happy to have the unit up and running on the same day that it broke down. The plumber Brian R**** was a pleasure to speak to during my maintenance Appt. He was very empathetic towards my financial obligations with the new HVAC systems recently installed by All Pro Heating and Air and finding options to get my very old water heater and valve replaced before it breaks down and cause plumbing damage. I called this morning. Leo came out with his assistant. They checked the problem and showed me several options for service. I chose one. Loved that they did not try to hard sell the most expensive one. Leo got to work, solved the problem. Then checked the heater and stove to make sure they were working properly. Work done in no time at all and I would definitely call All Pro for any problem I may have in the future. Highly recommend the company. ******* *.
