I’m very angry and bothered with the helping hands fundraiser company who works with my daughters Gates street Elementary school So I took a catalog to my workplace to sell for my daughters helping hands fundraiser I had sold items to coworkers and when the day came to received the item I notice I when I got home an item was missing so called and I got no I answer so I left a voice mail no return call so I email a supervisor name is Albert Holguin then stating to him that I was missing an item and albert replied to me saying this to me : I apologize for that we have submitted for another angel to be sent to the school. That never happened when went back again to school to pick up the missing the school inform they did not received the item so called tnem again i finally got a hold of them and Spoke to a gentleman name ray he said his boss and said he put an order for this Friday but the person who order the item needs it by December 24 this company is not doing what they are supposed to be doing do I’m not pleased with this service they offering to me please help me thank you they are giving me different excuses they are telling me it and missing item and they are saying it’s an back order there stories are making any sense help me thank you
