Date of purchase: Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 10:00 p.m. CST Product: NGK Spark Plugs Total amount paid: $52.00 Nature of dispute: No contact, no product, no refund. Business has not responded to resolve issue. There is no tracking available, but order number is #1023 I purchased spark plugs from NGK Direct. Seeing that they were a Shopify user, and had every option available for payment, I proceeded with my purchase. After the purchase, I noticed all contact information was removed from their website. The order confirmation came from a personal account not associated with the "business." The business address is also a private home address, not near any other businesses. I've reached out multiple times and have not received a response from him. At the very least $52 isn't the end of the world for me, however, someone could get very ripped off from this person. The email and phone number are also associated with other businesses when Googled. I do believe there are other business names he is using to pursue this scam.
