I purchased a set of side steps for a Jeep wrangler. The steps arrived with damage to the powder coat, I have attempted to have the company replace the steps. They have emailed me 6 times stating they wanted me to repair them, while I continually request they be replaced. I am whitin the 30 day window as stated on their website. Yet they continue to ignore my request for replacement.

steps were ordered for my **** Bronco, and when they came in the coating on the steps was already peeling and they didn't fit at all. When I reached out to the company their only statement was the steps still seemed secure so I should just find a putty to put over the finish that was peeling off. I am asking to return the item, but since they only respond to emails at 5 AM and don't answer the supplied phone number there is no way to find a solution in a reasonable time.

I purchased an item from the this company on December 18, 2023. The item arrived within the shipping deadline. I have been attempting to return this item since the first week of January as the item is no longer needed. It is still in it's original packaging, it has not been opened. I followed the instructions on the company website to submit return request via the form on the website. After more than a week of completing this form I had not heard from the company regarding initiating my return. On January 16th I submitted another request on the company website expressing my frustration that no one had responded to my initial request. I received a response back from the company asking for more information about the reason for my return, I explained the item is not wanted that it is still in its original packaging, unopened and supplied my order number and asked for a shipping label to return the item. The company did not respond to that email. I sent another email on January 30th requesting the shipping label again, and got no response. I sent another follow up email today. I was within the guidelines for the return policy and I followed the appropriate instructions as outlined by the company and they are refusing to communicate with me any further. They are also doing business as landshaker4x4.com which is the website that I purchased my item from. But when my credit card was charged in December it was charged by U-Box for $189.99

On November 21st, I purchased for my Grandson from ***** Road through Amazon: ***** Road Wrangler JL ************ inner fender liners for 2018 - 2024 Jeep Wrangler. As soon as he received them, he could tell they wouldn't fit, so I sent him a return label generated off Amazon's website. I started receiving emails directly from ***** asking what the problem was and if he wanted to exchange them. He said yes, but they informed me he would have to return them and then buy the other item, as they thought he bought the wrong year. So he went ahead and returned them. On December 7th, I received an email from ***** saying they received the parts and a refund had been initiated. Within a few hours, I received another email from Amazon saying that the seller said the part was returned severely damaged and they would not refund any amount. Amazon asked if I wanted to appeal and I said yes. Emails started going back and forth between me and Amazon saying that someone would call regarding the issue, no one ever did. I chatted a couple times with Amazon, they assured me it would be refunded under their A-Z guarantee, it has not. At some point, on my Amazon account under the order, ***** said they refunded $128.39 back to my credit card, they have not. Regarding the severe damage that was supposedly inflicted on the parts by my grandson...he said when he received them, they were scratched, but he did nothing but look at them then pack them and send them back. Would like a full refund from ***** of the $213.99.

I purchased a rack for my 2017 Silverado truck bed from Hooke Road online which is a company owned by ubox Offroad. I paid $549.99 for the product on 5/14/23 Upon receiving the product it had some minor damage that I contacted them about immediately. I knew their service was going to be rough when their response was for me to try to bend it back and suggesting some paint for me to buy to repaint the damaged parts myself. At this point I told them the rack also did not seem like it would fit on my truck as advertised. Over the next few weeks I spent roughly 10 hours trying to make the rack fit and sending them more and more pictures and videos of the figment issues. The whole time I was requesting a return label so that I could send the product back for a refund. As it says I could do per their return policy. They have refused to give me a return address. Instead they continuously ask me to give me $50-$80 back and for me to just keep the rack and try to sell it myself to make my money back. Which I’m not willing to do especially since the rack was delivered to me damaged. I feel like my request is simple. The rack was advertised as fitting my truck. It does not fit my truck. All I want is to send the rack back and get my money back. They will not answer their phone at all. The only support I can get is from a customer service rep named Deiily via email and the email exchanges come in every 3-4 days at best.

Entered by BBB staff DC. Consumer states reported the business to Amazon on Jan 21 stating the bolts were rusted and the grill rusted also. They wanted to offer $70.00 to replace the hardware on Jan 22. On Jan 23, consumer denied the offer and then the business offered $150 which was denied. Consumer was told to send the grill and bumper back and they would pay for shipping and handling. The bumper & grill weigh about 80lbs. Consumer paid $300 for bumper and grill to be installed and would cost another $300 to uninstall. Consumer cannot let the vehicle be exposed without a grill or bumper and would have to make another appointment to have it installed.

On 10/13/2021 I purchased a Windshield Frame Cover Visor Roof Sun Visor Cowl Body Armor(07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK) - u-Box from ubox offroad website. the window shield I purchased was for a 2013 4 door jeep wrangler, and the part they sent me was the windshield Frame Cover Visor Cowl Armor w/Lights(97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ) - u-Box. I emailed them when the item got delivered so I realized there was a mix up with the order from the receipt. the box weight about 80 pounds so I never opened it up. I informed them at ubox offroad that the box just got delivered and it was not opened. but they forcefully asked me to open the box so they and take pictures so he can verify the items is still inside the box. we went back and forth for days and one representative of the company say after he verify that there were no missing pieces he will send out a replacement unit or parts to make it fit on my jeep. so I opened the box and took pictures like he ask and email them. Now the next response is. you open the box now you voided the warranty and they can't do anything for me. It will be a year in Oct and I'm out of 523.80 and the window cover is sitting in my garage never used and I have all the emails of our conversation.
