I sent my son to my storage unit and he parked the car in front of my unit and he got out of his car opened his trunk took out his bike and left to store to buy a drink and when he came back the employee approached my son on a golf cart and got off with a knife and pulled it out on him and swung it at him telling him he can't park his car right there and ever since then he had to leave the promises and now my storage unit is double locked and I can only go from 2pm to 6pm and with the the employee hoovering over me and my son not being able to go to the storage unit for me so I would like for some type of resolution to be made being that the employee threatened my son with a knife and swung it at him and also for the fact that I have to be watched while I'm or my son is at the storage unit is crazy when I pay my storage unit this is not right and that employee should not be threatening my son's life by swinginging a knife at him nor should I or my son have to be hoovered over while we are at my storage unitCustomer response

Hi thank you for responding back to me, The correct address for me is, P.O. Box . #25 . What I would like done is that myself and my son would be able to go in to my storage unit at the correct hours I'm able to like everyone else , and I would like for that employee to be removed from that storage to a different one because of the way he has harassed me and how he threatened my son with a knife . He should not have acted in that type of manor b which he was not acting in an appropriate business manor otherwise if this cannot be handle or no resolution is made with you then I'll have to take matters in a different form which would leave me no other choice but to seek help with the law .
