      On 1/16/23 I ordered an electric drain cleaner from the website of ******.com, for $427.89. I received an immediate confirmation email with order #****. Later that same day I received a notice of shipping with a FedEx Tracking #************. I checked the tracking number that was received by the ******.com email, only to find out that it was to someone else’s order purchased on 1/07/23 and delivered to another state and address on 1/13/23. Upon this discovery, I immediately contacted ******.com customer service via email at *******************, which is according to the web page’s instructions. I thought it strange that this email popped up when I clicked on the site email of ****@***********.com. Nonetheless, I explained the discrepancy in regards to what I believed to be an obvious error by the merchants, and requested the correct shipping and tracking **** for my particular purchase. After 3 days with no response I decided to send another email on 1/19/23 by typing in the email address of ****@***********.com, and received a response the next day 1/20/23. In the merchants response I was asked to advise them of my order number and the shipping tracking number that I received; which I responded immediately that same day 1/20/23 with the ****rmation requested. On 1/23/23, I forwarded another email to ****@***********.com and to *******@***********.com requesting the cancellation of the order #1078 along with a refund of the purchase and shipping charges of $427.89, due to the merchants inability to ship the order within the 3-4 days advertised on their site, and for non-delivery. Today is 1/25/23, and I have not received a response from the merchant at ****** *****.com. I reached out to the customer service via the phone number listed on ******.com website at ###-###-####, in which I was told that they have no ****rmation on my purchase and would need to contact ******.com direct via email only (no phone number) at ****@******.com; which I had already exhausted.
