When we called on February 1, 2022 at 5:47pm ********* told us she was the only one in charge and claimed that they tagged our car saying we have not moved it which wasn’t the case. We had put something in the back of the bed to donate the day before. With no tag on the Vehicle to my knowledge . And we left at 11ish maybe closed to noon today and the truck was still there I do believe this was illegal towel and when I ask to be speak to someone hire who can better assist me ********* said she was the only only one in charge and got aggressive In her tone of voice. And told us if we wanna avoid paying extra fees if we come right now. So when we got there no one was there and when we called the place they told us they were closed. Very unprofessional and they told us we can’t get our truck! Til the morning! I do 100% believe this was illegal towel. Also on yelp it’s says they are known to do things like this illegally! Their reviews justify that they are doing things unprofessional and things without proof
