      July 31st 2022, i had paid Vaporsolo $210.00 for 60 esco bar vapes. They gave me an order number of 12278. I received a shipment from them on 8/3/22 but it was not anything that i had bought. I had sent emails and calls and it was very hard to get in touch with anyone. Finally someone replied to my email and said they would look into it. Then i waited over 24 hours to hear back from someone and sent multiple emails again. They finally responded saying that it was their mistake but i need to either buy those products they sent me, or send those products back to get any sort of refund and wait 30 days because they didnt have what i ordered in stock anymore. I. Then replied that i wanted a full refund if they cannot provide me with the merchandise i paid for. They continued to argue with me about getting my refund with emails back and forth and finally they stated that they would not provide me my refund without receiving the wrong products they incorrectly sent. Even though those products are not what i ordered and and they cant provide me with my merchandise they are keeping my money, which is illegal to do so. I told them i trusted them once and i wasn't going to do that again especially since they are arguing with me about sending back my refund in the first place. The wrong order is the only thing that i have in my possession to be able to get my refund from them. And once they get it back who is to say they will send me my money after they were arguing about giving me one in the first place trying to get me to buy the wrong products they sent instead.

      we have offered this customer to send back goods to us ,we will send her a prepaid shipping label,and then issue here a full refund ,but she wants full refund first,
      we have to get goods back first and send her a full refund

       I am rejecting this response because:

      When i first talked to them because i figured i would give them the benefit of the doubt on giving me my refund, they were very argumentative. I am not going to send back items that are my only leverage to getting my money back until after i get my money. They want me to believe they are going to refund me after being argumentative and saying they wont send it and not sending me the correct items in the first place? But yet they dont trust that i wont send them back, but want me to trust then when they cant even do their job right? They entered a purchase agreement with me to send me my EXACT product i purchased when they accepted my money for that product. They failed to send me the correct items and will not fulfill that. In turn that is illegal to take my money and not send the correct products or refund me my money. Whether they sent the wrong product or not that is ILLEGAL and when i talked to then about it, their  response was “this is shopping not a contract.” Well clearly they dont know their laws as a new business that just opened up this year. Because once they took my money, that is a purchase agreement. I could legally sue them for not giving me the correct product or refunding me. 

      I will happily send back the product because it isnt even what i wanted once they give me my money. But after the first conversation with them i do not believe an ounce they have to say and will not send back the only leverage i have to get my money. 

      Mind you i have all of the correspondence with this company. I do NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from them. They have HORRIBLE customer service. And dont even give you what you ordered.
