I have paid KEYWAY every time I have received a bill for years and years. All of a sudden around July they stopped recognizing that I have paid. I called PAYPAL and they confirmed that I have paid every monthly charge (please see attached picture). I even had PAYPAL contact KEYWAY to see if they could resolve this, but there is no communication back. My concern is that they will shut the service off, ruining my business email address communication and I might lose business if they do that. Please feel free to contact PAYPAL (www.paypal.com) to confirm that I have paid every payment for my business email address that KEYWAY (www.keyway.net) provides. My customer number with KEYWAY is 3761. I would like them to finish billing payments going back to July. It looks like he might be able to be contacted at his side employment email address, not just the KEYWAY email address. I believe it is *******.****@bipc.com . Thanks.
