I bought travel insurance through Broadspire. My grandmother passed and I was not able to go on the trip. I filled a claim (#*******) with them to refund my ticket since I was no longer traveling. I paid $1,018.52 for the ticket, I spoke with ****** and ******* on 06/01/2022 where both of them explained to me I will be receiving a full refund in 4 weeks. The 4 weeks went by after I filed a claim and didnt hear from anyone. I called 3 days in a row and finally ******* answered my call on 7/25. She told me they need 1 more week to process the payment. Today is 08/16/2022 and I have not heard from my adjuster ( *****************************************) even though I have left her many voicemails. I kept being told my claim has been processed to be refunded but now no one is answering my calls and I still have not received my refund. These are all the things I submitted with my claim: confirmation of ticket -confirmation of cancelled ticket -confirmation of ticket costs -confirmation of reason of cancellation -confirmation of bank statement charge I was told everything I submitted was great And my refund would be arriving shortly. Its now been over 3 weeks since I spoke with ******* or received a call back from anyone regarding my claim.Initial Complaint

the *************** which is Crawford & Company, I went to one of the recommended body shop to repair the vehicle, it takes one months to make them approved the estimate. But they make me pay $1000 instate of $100. Because the estimate only $900 and the adjustor said it is comprehensive loss and my deductible is $100. later on , the body shops states that due to the material of my vehicle, they need to replace my door, the estimate changes to $6000 more. the adjustor change their decision said I need to pay $1000 because it is a collision loss. I do not understand. the fact of my loss is something flying to my door, it is not my fault. And the estimate took one month. the result is really unacceptable.
