This coin dealer has $5000 of my cash money and will not return my phone calls.They originally were in ********** when I did my business with them. They than moved to RSM and are now in Orange. They claim to be appointment only now and do not return calls.I have called many times and now that the owner *************************** knows my phone number he will not pick up or call me back.Covid hit and for all of us life came to a stop. Given that he could have easily called me back and made arrangements to return my money.I invested 10K and bought gold and a coin. I let the other 5K sit to keep an eye on gold prices, etc. When I called to get the money back he said he would meet me that Friday and never called to make a meeting place. He then stopped taking my calls.The initial transaction was 12/15/17.Business response

It has been a challenging few years to say the least, but I do recall this matter and would like to make it right for you. I honestly forgot.
