I never signed a contract with Southwest Collection Services. Since they can't show proof of any sort of contract, this debt should be removed from my credit report asap. Please advise.

I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint, as the information is inaccurate and incomplete. *** contact Experian for them to reinvestigate my entire credit report. I demand this be removed from my account as it is not complete.Business response

We DO NOT collect for the creditor Charter, this consumer has identified in the complaint.
it would be my belief the consumer has provided the wrong creditor information.
we are often confused with other creditors with our similar name.

This Consumer has an outstanding balance due to an ambulance ride for his minor daughter
and had no insurance coverage. Consumer remains responsible for the balance and was sent to collections by the provider.

I recently checked my credit report and noticed an inaccurate account. I am not liable for a debt with The Circle Apts and do not have any contracts with Southwest Collection Svc. I also have not received any original documents showcasing proof that I signed an application or contract with this company.Business response
