  I ordered these 4 tires and rims from pioneer tires and wheels. I have tried to contact them and have not heard back. I paid **** for these. I am very displeased with the wear and tear of the tires. The rims appear to be very cheap and damage easy. Out of the 4 tires I have had to have 2 of the tires/rims fixed several times for cracking in the rims. I have attached photos of the multiple cracks in the rims. I am very upset that the tires have turned out this way because I loved the way they look and ride when I first got them. But they quickly deteriorated and now it looks like the company is closed and I cannot speak to anyone to help me with this issues. I am wondering if there is anyway you would be able to help me with this issue. Please!

  *** of Pioneer Tire and Wheel sold me damaged wheels (possibly used or display) and refuses to **rrect the issue. I have sent numerous emails, pictures, and even calls and text but he just ignores me for weeks. I received the wheels and tires on 7-15-22 and informed *** on 7-16-22 of the dis**vered damage once I opened and inspected them. I informed him that I am not pleased with the wheels because of the damage and I asked to exchange or to do a refund and re-order. I included pictures of the damage in my emails and text. The seller has refused to **mply after I have asked several times for a return shipping label and a refund. I paid $2,699.00 for BRAND NEW wheels, not damaged with wear and tear. He still refuses to send a return label or accept the wheels back and has tried to blame the damage on the shipping **mpany Roadrunner Transportation. I shared with him on several occasions that there is really no way the shipping **mpany **uld have damaged these wheels in this way and that they had to be sent from his business in this **ndition. The wheels and tires were securely wrapped when delivered and *** himself told me they were wrapped at his shop before shipping. He states "in this situation we file a insurance claim with the shipping ** and we issue a partial refund based on what they pay", I said that is unacceptable. After weeks of no response from *** I called Roadrunner to inquire about the "insurance claim" for my order and there has been no claim made. He emailed did ***** **ntact me? They did not ship to me. He's trying to scam me instead of simply **rrecting the issue. I have advised him I do not want or need damaged *************************** will not be using these wheels. To date, I still need tires on my car and have not been able to move forward because he is holding my money. The wheels are in the exact same **ndition as received & I have not used them at all. I want my money back and he can have his damaged wheels back. I will be fine buying elsewhere.

  Purchased new wheels and tires from wheelsandtiresdist off **** which is pioneer tire and wheel for $1599.00 on 3/31/22. delivery took over a month which his ad claims 3 to 6 days,called the owner Saladin nin on ********************* kept coming up with excuses about the delay. Told him not to send them & refund me. Well after a month and a half they arrived but was missing the free 24 lug nuts he was supposed to send,also numerous scratches on the only wheel I opened. Contacted ********** him pics ,said he didn't see the scratches that were plain as day. Filed a claim with paypal in which I won but they said that I wouldn't be reimbursed return shipping. Return shipping thru ***** was $800 dollars. Was moving them in the garage today and notice the rim bore was small. He guaranteed they would fit my a4. His ad stated they have a ****mm bore which would fit mine but it's **** mm. So he falsely advertised the bore size. No way these will fit an a4

  On 5/4/22 I purchased wheels and tires for my ******* Panamera from Pioneer Tire and Wheel through ***. Before purchasing the wheels me and *** communicated through text so that I could choose the Size, color and style of wheels that I would like. He even sent me back the specific wheels he would be sending me through text message. My order would consist of 4 22 gloss black wheels in the style I chose with 2 265/30R22 delinite D7 A/S tires, 2 305/25R22 Delinite D7 A/S Tires, 4 T.P.M.S Senors, 4 sets of lugs nuts for all tires wheels, 4 ******* center caps, as well as everything being mounted and balance so once I received my order I could put the wheels on my car. The order also included a shipping fee which came to a grand total of $2,200.00. Once confirmed I paid invoice and *** informed me the wheels would ship out the next business day and I would revive tracking information on 5/5/22. *** also informed me I would receive my order within 5 business days no later than 5/12/22. I didnt receive my order until 5/18/22 which was an issue within it self because the order was not shipped out until 5/10/22 a week after payment had been collected. The minute I received my order I open the wheels and the wheel style/pattern was incorrect. I immediately called *** and he said he would give me a call back with a resolution. *** never called back. I had to call him again and he made every excuse on why I received the wrong shipment instead of coming up with a resolution. I did not hear from *** again until my wife called from her phone on 5/23/22 to get an update on what could be done. *** promised he would be sending out the correct order and that we would receive tracking by 5pm. The next morning on 5/24/22 I still hadnt received anything from *** so she gave him a call again and he didnt answer. He then sent a text stating he was off and how could he help. My wife sent him a text wanting an update and he never responded. I would truly like a refund or my correct order

  On 3/31/22 I purchased wheels and tires from Pioneer Tires and Wheels Address ********************************************************** for $2700 dollars. I received them on 4/21/22 to my home on the day they arrivied to my home I open them and they were damaged, so I called the company immediately told the manager what happened and he said he would fix it, I even have him on record saying it that was on 4/21/211. Today is 5/8/22 I still have use my wheels because every since 4/21/22 he has been ignoring my call,text and email, I even call that company line nothing and if he did pick up it was only for a second to tell me he would call me back in 5,10 or 15 mins and never do so I got my bank involved because I didn't know what else to do after reading the reviews from the company website and realized he does this to a lot of people sad so sad!!!! carrier Road Runner Trucking Pro#********* thank you.
