My vehicle was considered a total loss on 1/31:23.Ally Auto Finance was contacted by me to advise of the total loss on 2/3/23. At that time I asked for the loan payoff which would be good thru Feb 23rd. They told me that they had not yet received my information for the total loss from my GEICO insurance. I was told that the final amounts would be retro active back to the date of loss, info was sent and payoff requested on 2/923 from GEICO. They requested that the auto policy holder would be verified for scenario of no add'l payment will be made on my car note AND that my close out with them would be any overpayments made after 1/31:23. Ally auto drafted my FEB car payment on 2/01/23 and also received my warranty refund due back to me.. I was told that I would receive back my car payment posted on 2/2/23 in addition to any fees/interest paid after 1/31/23. I have called several times to keep track of this close-out process. Today 3/3/23, I called and was told I WILL NOT BE GETTING A REFUND OF MY FEB 2023. $334.63 Car payment even though everthing has been done from my insurance carrier and my end. I am OWED the car payment MONEY FROM ALLY as well as my extended warranty refund. I want my Feb car payment of $334.63 to be promptly refunded to me. AGAIN, I WAS TOLD THAT ANY OVERPAYMENTS WOULD BE RETROACTIVE back to 1/31/23. Please process my payment/refund in full! My acct # Is ************ Screen shots attached for my Feb 1, 2023 payment, the refund(due to me) from the warranty company and the payoff from GEICO .
