My mother passed away Oct.17 2021, ************ says they have a signed contract with her dated 5 days after her death. Oct 22,2021 My mother was in hospice care in my home before she passed. They took $ ****** out of my bank acct. ever since And.up til April 25 2024. I have told them they made a misstake. To refund my money. to know good outcome.Business response

As we spoke earlier this month, upon thorough examination of your account and records and your confirmation regarding your mother's passing date, the agreement was signed by both of you on October 22nd, 2021, about a year before your mother's passing.
Additionally, as previously confirmed, funds deposited into your FDIC-insured account with us have been diligently utilized to settle and clear your enrolled accounts.
