Michelsen Dental owner *************************** and her team have been extremely unprofessional. Her dental assistant got impressions putty all over my hair and ruined my shirt. The shirt cannot be salvaged, it is completely ruined. Her assistant kept tugging and yanking on my hair to get the putty out despite not having consent to touch my hair. She also pressed so hard on my head as she was making the impressions. I kept telling her multiple times to stop touching me and she wouldnt stop. She also said she was done torturing me at the end. They are refusing to take accountability for what happened. They blamed me for wearing an expensive shirt. Since this incident I desired to transfer my Invisalign case with another dentist. ********* dental gave me the *** form transfer and I paid the remaining $1,300 that was left to pay. The manager said that that was all I owed. She gave me a document signed by her that states that I have paid in full. Since I paid for the removal of the Invisalign brackets, and for the guard, and even the upgrade for the upper guard they are refusing to refund any money. After I asked for a refund they are now claiming that I owe them money $1369.40. The are claiming they have no record of me paying for the upgrade despite *** their billing manager at that time wrote in the paper that it would be $600 for an upgrade for the upper guard. The total amount on the invoice I have if you add the total amount plus the $600 totals the amount of money I paid with Care credit. Even Care Credit customer service agent agreed that the amount $600 for the upgraded guard was included in the total. I dont believe I should have to pay for anything else since they told me I was paid in full. Secondly, what I paid for; the removal of the brackets, night guard and the top upgraded guard are services they will not render to me despite me already paying for those services. They are a total of $1,850. They should at least refund the difference of $1850 minus $1369.40Business response
