Two procedures were done. I was looking for a new set of fixed screw-retained dentures for 11 implants I had done in 2014 by another dentist. The initial $11,000 treatment plan estimate went to $18,000 after all the hype from the dental staff about how great Snap-in dentures areI reluctantly, I agreed, big mistake. (That's my fault) I then received a $12,000 estimate for the screw-in permanent dentures. What I ended up with was cemented-in fixed dentures. That's what I came in to have replaced. So, for $30,000 I left with what I came in to have replaced and a set of new problems. After numerous trips back and forth to fix the following problems biting my tongue and cheek, my upper teeth sit on my tongue (not the bottom teeth) causing daily irritation. The top and bottom teeth do not go to the gum line causing food to get stuck making it difficult to dislodge. My teeth do not line up for proper chewing causing me to choke when I eat. I cant drink normally I have to use a straw because I cant drink liquid without it coming out the sides of my mouth. The list goes on. After speaking with the owner, he said he doesn't know what to do. I asked for a refund, and they refused. They offered to redo the work. I declined. After 2 failed procedures and 4 second opinions telling me I need a surgeon I dont want dentist to perform a surgeons work.
