Took my personal vehicle in for work to be done, was asked if I had a business he could give me a discount,, be aware when they do that the bar cant get involved, you have to get a attorney and wait for a few years to go to court and have a lot of money and they know that, after looking at the vehicle they came up with it additional $10,000 approximately more for stuff, some that I had already done, their inspection is to get them extra money, anyways, it came down to not signing any additional work. I just wanted the work done or give me my truck back, well they said they tore it down and that I authorize all this work verbally, that cant prove because I disputed that there is no lifetime on the heads they told me, on the way home after dropping off the car I looked up the paperwork and I was scared, PPE does not give me any warranty except for three or four months and they told me lifetime. They also charge my credit card an extra $3500 and then 5400 and something without me even knowing it until my bank account was noticed so if you plan on having any work be done by the fleet to fleet service you better run, it is not the same company as All American Diesel I dont know their quality of work, but this is All American Diesel fleet to fleet?. I come on here and see if maybe there is a pool of people that already have a the same problem . None of the work contracted and charged was performed, the vehicle was returned physically damaged and in worse condition then before it was dropped off. They hit another vehicle while towing my vehicle on their site damaging the bumper, headlights and a tire. Unauthorized credit card charges from them which is fraud and is in dispute with my credit card company. They held my vehicle for 22 months despite no outstanding balance and requesting return. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the company ownership (***********************) who did nothing to correct the issues. Finally they returned my vehicle which had to be towed to another shop. They kept the vehicle manuals and will not return them after multiple requests (email and phone calls). ***************** and *********************** were not truthful about having the correct equipment or knowledge to work on my vehicle. Fleet in their name is false advertising. Here is an overview of the work not performed based on the attached invoice:- No start diagnostic - caterpillar requires special equipment to do this that they do not have - removed old batteries and installed wrong (6 volt) batteries, my truck takes 12v - oil change - upon return the old filter was still installed with date on filter - rebuild hydraulic ram - upon return the cab could not be raised, it was found the hydraulic reservoir was cracked - universal joints were not installed upon arrival at new shop - starter motor was not replaced (cab could not be raised to access)- Diagnostic labor (electrical testing), they did electrical testing with the wrong batteries installed, this would be inaccurate results at best - no core charge was returned on any parts from my truck - no fuel filter or hose work was done (cab could not be raised)- they charged my credit card an additional $2,410.57 beyond the invoice total The right thing to do is refund me for all the work they did not do and pay for the damage.I also have phone conversation recordings and emailsInitial Complaint

The service was provided on 2/16/23. I have been talking and communicating with the owner **** and office manager ******* for 8months now regarding the core charges I should have been refunded months ago. *** received different excuses as to why they arent not refunding my core charges which are all invalid and I can prove it. From they havent heard back from the manufacturer or the dealership, to we already refunded you. I provided credit card statements debunking their false statements but no response from the company even after I keep calling and leaving messages to resolve this.I should have received $1250 core charge refund for the turbo charger, $375 core charge refund for the power brake booster and $150 core charge refund for the steering gear.Total: $1775 of core charges should have been refunded to **** paid $3298.97 for the turbocharger, $820 for the power brake booster and $1380 for the steering gear. On the invoice it states that core charges are available for refund within 30 days after parts are returned to the manufacturer. Giving them 30days after the completion of the service, it still has been 7months!Initial Complaint

On 8/5/2022 I went to All American Diesel & Fleet there reason i went back to the location is because the previous year the did the ac service ,it went right after to sprinter company to do a buildout ,finally i get my sprinter back from the build out company i notice ac service isn't working i contacted Owner From All American Diesel he at that time said to bring it down , so i was under the impression that its was still under warranty, when i got there i was able to talk to the lady at reception , she stated that is wasn't cover under warranty so they where going to charge me $341 and help me with a discount of **** for the muli point inspection, that was all a lie the way she threaten me i have it all record on me cell phone or and inspection and i explain to them that the ac unit had amount required to ac freon , and it wasn't blowing cold are and it would stop , so i agreed for just and inspection to fix , when i spoke to the owner he stated he didn't have much knowledge torrrowd this ac unit , so i literally had to go and get serial number from ac unit and vin number and called the build out company first class and figure out what type of ac system and the manufacturer contact information i pass that information to the owner to improve the time for the fix when i was promised the owner would call me he failed every time his cumnacation was the worst experience i tried to contact the reception she was so rude especially when i was asking question on the bill and the work that had been done , i wanted to ask question and the owner use bad language and hung up the reception threaten to call the police she even denied the fact to use there restroom when it was 100 degree out side she kick me out the office , they said the as system was regarge when i pick it up i paid $450 and the ac freon wasn't even charge i had to go back , to advise them , took it to a professional and they notice everything and they reason it wasn't working
