      On August 19, 2020 I purchased a package of 20 LED lights with a 5 year warranty for $551.19. On Nov 17, 2023 I emailed proof of purchase and initially reported 7 defective lights for warranty replacement. I was told that i was being added to the waiting list for replacement lights and was given a case refference number ******. On Jan 22, 2024 I called to check stayus of repacement lights and adjust replacement quantity to 10 bad lights. the phone number I have been calling is ************ which is westinghouse a representative for Honeywell. On Jan 24, 2024 I called again to adjust failure quantity to 11 Bad Lights. On April 11, 2024 I adjusted Failure quantity to 13 Bad lights and complained that it has been almost 6 months and my Garage was in bad need of the replacement lights as 6 of 9 lights in that room alone have failed. I was told that I could dispose of the lights and was being put in for a refund of $337.87 for the ******************************************** approximately 2 weeks. On June 3 2024 I called again to see where the refund was. They verified the request was sent for approval but it apparently was missed by Management and not approved for payment another request was resent. On July 1, 2024 called again to jueck status of refund and was told management still has not approved the payment. they have not denied it either they are just choosing to ignore the situation. On July 2, 2024 I called to check again and informed them that I would be contacting the BBB and report this situation to ********** as well. It is now July 15th and still have not gotten anywhere with this situation. Also, I did not get rid of the bad lights. They are still in my possession. I am Asking for your assistance with this matter as they are just choosing to ignore this situation.

      I purchased a 3-outlet Wireless Remote at Target a few years ago. Today was the first time opening it and the remote needed a new battery, once changed the remote and item didnt work. I read there is a 3 year warranty and want to know how you can send me a new one and I can send pictures from this or send back completely.

      Case # ******* We bought our 55 inch tv on November 17, 2022 for $349.99 CA. We contacted Westinghouse on approximately Oct 23, 2023 and we were told on October 26, 2023 that we had proved that it was a warranty issue and we would get a refund. It will take 45 business days to process and that it would be issued in US$. We accepted those conditions and waited. Approximately every week or 2 we get an email thanking us for our patience, assuring us the application has been processed, once the refund check has been issued we will receive an email containing check number and date. They gave a phone number **************** if we had any questions. We have contacted that number several times and all we get is a man telling us that all is being done and when asked to speak to his supervisor he said there was no one there and he could not give me any more information.

      Contacted them multiple times. Once through their website to make a case regarding a warranty and then I called their customer support and had them raise the case. No one ever called me back. Very disappointing that they dont have good customer service. Also, O have their 3400 psi hose and the only hose they have for replacements are rated for 3200 psiwhy even sell a 3400 psi unit? The hose sits right under the engine and if you go in any direction the hose ends up on the engine and ***** it hot. Design flaw.

      I bought the Westinghouse Wgen 5300DFC on 12/25/2022 through Amazon. I did not have to use it until this year December. The first time used it worked okay. Then following week, as three storms on a Monday in a row, would not start. I had to call generator business to come and look at it for me. They said battery was dead and not a very good battery to boot. So got it going, I put a charger on it and then next Monday would not start, battery dead, so tried a different battery and still would not start. Call generator people again and they came and tried to get it fixed and started and did get it running for 20 minutes and then shut off. They wrote up a report saying electronics and I have sent invoice, repair statement and cannot get anyone to call me. You just get a call center and they pass info on. This is a lot of money for me to just not get some sort of compensation for. ******************** are also going to send the repair statement to them to see if that will get them motivated. I live where power does go out and I need the generator to work when it does. I do not want a replacement as I do not thing this is a good company to deal with and don't feel comfortable with trying another one. I would like a refund. Plus I have two service calls that were both over ******.

      I paid $311.73 08/31/2022 at the west waters store in *****, ** for a Westinghouse 58" 4K HDR LED ******** with 2-Year Coverage - Per **** law. The ** also comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Manufacture warranties are honored before extended or additional warranties. (per **** law) As soon as the ** stopped working, I immediately tried to take it back to BJS; in ***** Palms, as their return policy states on their website "they would take certain item's back-up to a year", and because it was sold to me with a 2-year warranty however it doesn't clarify who it's through. BJs still refused to take the ** back because they stated it was still under manufacture's warranty.So this ** stopped working after 6 months, well within the manufacture's warranty. I sent pictures and did everything according to the warranty specifications to redeem my refund. After sending everything to Westinghouse, they verified that it was indeed a valid claim & the ** malfunctioned due to their own cheap hardware, but stated they would refuse to honor my claim because I had a 2-year warranty. However, the 2-year warranty is through Westinghouse not BJS, neither westing house nor BJS will take responsibility. I have evidence and images, printed emails and have screen shotted the ** when I purchased it with the 2-year warranty I also have pics of the ** with damage lines on the screen, and a proof of purchase.

      I purchased a Westinghouse 58" 4k ******* from Canadian Tire for $499.99 plus Tax on Nov 18, 2021. In Sept 2022 the ** started showing LCD panel issues minor horizontal scan lines. We contacted Westinghouse Electric from on their online Warranty request form, Summited it and haven't heard a response back. After about 2 weeks we summited another one.. Still no response back. I decided to summit another one months later as the ** was getting worse. But this time on my personal email and I got a response. They walked me through a factory reset process. After the reset the problem was still not resolved. They then gave me the generic response, "We do apologize if the issue was not resolved after doing the troubleshooting steps. We only have 1-year manufactured warranty here on our end and the only thing that we can advise is to bring the ** to any local repair shop in your area, but if you purchase an extended warranty, you may contact the store and ask for a claim. "I am upset because I feel they waiting for the warranty to expire before offering any type of help and then when the ** shows an obvious defect they said sorry 1 year is up for our coverage.

      I ordered outdoor front yard LED landscape and walkway lights. About 2 months after installing them, they began to fuse one at a time. When I contacted Westinghouse (the manufacturer) regarding their 1 year warranty they agreed to replace them. This correspondence was done in February of 2022. I was promised new lights in **** business days. 3 weeks in I followed up regarding the replacements and was told they would be on their way shortly. I waited till late April and still no lights, while constantly following up. Finally they told me that they would simply issue me a refund check for the lights. It has been over a month since that as well. These lights were essential especially to my elderly father who often comes home when it is dark. He has tripped twice due to the lack of lights and I ended up spending more money to buy new lights of a different brand for his safety. I have followed up countless times with their customer support officers (always the same person, ***** and the other one *****) all to no avail. I don't know what to do at this point. It seems to me they have no intention of refunding me or replacing the lights. This seems to be a fraudulent business who regularly scam their customers and print fake warranties that they have no intention of honoring.

      This Westinghouse generator WGEN5300DFc was bought through Lowes on jan 5, 2022, I received the item by ***** around mid January. At that time, I began testing the unit. It started and stopped and eventually did not run. Through the present, I dealt with the Westinghouse 800 number located in ********, **. They sent me two replacement batteries that were incorrect items. I finally got the correct one at the end of March 2022. Issues with the unit running again. April 14, 2022, I called the 800 number. Voice was muffled but I spoke to either **** or ****? Per his questions, he asked where I started the unit. I said at the outside boundary of the garage. he said the built in CO sensor probably picked up fumes and shut off the unit.. He said the manual states to only operate the unit OUTSIDE( pg 6 in manual). I explained that the problem with that is the unit is loud and can be heard a few houses away and could cause noise complaints if operating outside in the middle of the night when used during a power outage. He said I should have bought in "INVERTER" TYPE which is quieter. He said my option is to try and sell the unit....you cannot use it in an enclosed space. But, the manual states to not operate the unit out in the rain, snow or similar wet conditions .How can I use it outdoors during a power outage to supply power to the house if it is raining or snowing (owner's manual pg 15)? If I go by Westinghouse's position, I cannot enclose the unit even in a tiny shed. I have no way I could use the unit during a storm situation when the power goes out. Is Westinghouse **************** in ******** correct that my only option is to sell the unit? I have an idea. Would they be willing to help me to do some sort of item exchange in which I could get a less noisy "INVERTER" type? Is selling it the only option? It seems it's a unit I won't be able to use. Would ****** take it back and give a credit to buy a replacement? Who do we deal with?

      Westinghouse - 43" Class Full HD ************* Purchased date- 11/17/20 Total:$192.59 I will attach the ongoing emails. I sent copies of the television as the requested, no damages were done to the television. I made certain I packed it extremely to annihilate any further issues. They confirmed receipt, everything was fine, and they stated they would get back with me shortly. Another month and half had ensued, I followed up, because this issue had truly exacerbated and I still yet have no television. I mailed it to them, they did not mail out new one, neither did they refund me my money, but the finally sent an email months later, stating it was damaged. That was the reason I took it to Best Buy so that they can verify, there was no damaged, and they shipped off carefully. I read that ******** The former chief executive of Westinghouse, the lead contractor of *************** $9 billion nuclear expansion effort, wont face criminal charges in connection with the projects 2017 abrupt and stunning collapse, newly released court documents show.Instead, a former subject of the yearslong criminal investigation into the ******************* projects failure has become a government witness, records show. Federal prosecutors plan to rely on him to testify against *************************, another former Westinghouse executive who could go to trial next year on ************************************************************* Fairfield County. I knew then I was dealing with an unintellectually company that were dishonest, and if the *** was fraudulent, because I had attempted to write his office before, but to no avail. I knew then, they thought they would continue getting away with how they treat their customers. Companies like this definitely want be around forever. At some ************ always prevails. However, as a former CRM, I want to share my entire mental aggravation I experienced with such a dishonest company to all that will hear. (Attached document.)
