I completed a signing Premium Closing Solutions September 11th, and its November 2nd and still have not been paid! Ive called several times about my money and they all miraculously cant see the file, or doesnt have any idea why Ive not been paid, but they knew everything about the file when they needed me to sign for them.

I contacted Premium Closing Solutions with a possible schedule change and was rudely engaged by the "Manager" on duty. They continued to try and bait me into a false conversation and started to use aggressive words that were very unprofessional (when I was trying to collect my thoughts and hesitated, they yelled out "***********************! Just answer the simple question!"). I have never had any problems with this company in the 3+ years I have been working with them but it seems their "management" has changed.

Worst signing service in the world !! ******* is an awful person and very corrupt

This signing service is extremely unprofessional and rude !!!!! They do not care about the client there only Concern is the title company that is paying them Well without the client this signing service would not have the title company!!!!!! I know my value and I dont mean the money ?? I mean on how you build relationships and treat the clients so I choose not to work with you !!!!!! If I could give you a negative score I would !!!!!!

I would never do a closing again for this company again. I was assigned a closing for April 2, 2022. Evidently no research was performed by this company as to the location of the closing. It was in a very rough and unsafe area. As I drove up to the closing, the street was filled with men just hanging around and looking in the window of my automobile. During the closing shots were fired outside. When I left the closing there was the presence of police all over the area. I feared for my life. I mailed an Invoice to Premium Closing Solutions Inc. on April 8th, and a second notice on June1, 2022. As of today, June 30, 2022, I have never received payment for my work. They have never expressed any dissatisfaction with my work. They apparently have chosen not to pay.

If I can give the company a rate I would but the manager ******* C is the most rude person there is, I accepted a assignment and I email in regards to pay increase, ****************** sent a email saying I'm calling you (instead of emailing me back). He told me that he will see about getting a pay increase, if he couldn't he would call me back. Fast forward to payday and I seen the pay didn't change, so I email the company (also printed off and filed) and they sent me a email back with notes that ****************** put on my account. Before I can respond to the email, I received a rude and disrespectful phone called for ******************* when I asked him was the phone calls being recorded, he yelled back at me and said no and that's why we not using you anymore, I politely said that is fine but is there anyway I can speak to someone higher than you and he tried to make a joke talking about that's me, what you want to talk to someone under me, I said no sir I would like to speak to the one who write his check. He told me it was a number but nobody wasn't going to answer, that he would give a email for a Mr. ***** well I email the email and yep it wasn't a good email. I called back on the **** # and he ****************** answered and went the laughing and I asked is there another number and he said no then hung up on me. If you do anything with this company make sure you communicate through email for paper trail. No matter what it is in regards to. The Owner of this company is ********************* per to a young lady who answered the 3rd time I called.
