On July 11th I took out a loan for $255 at the time it actually online to link your banking accounts I link both my banking accounts. Next it asks where do you want your phone sent I couldn't select or unselect so the setting said in order to unselect or select you have to go to settings. So I want the settings and selected business account and savings account is where I wanted my funds to come. The phones were supposed to be deposited on July 12th 2024 around 6:00 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. the funds were dead into my personal account which I did not select and I did not want to go into my personal account because my account was overdrafted. I took out the $255 long so I can pay back $125 gas bill and the rest of the 155 was for me to make it through the week until I get paid from work. Once I seen the money was deposited into the wrong account obviously called the bank to stop the transaction the bank told me to call the merchant I called the merchant the merchant said the phones were deposited however I told them I did not give you the account information for that account I'll give you my business account and routing number and it is not 24 Hours by law you have 24 hours to review your long contract and go over any information that is wrong before you take the funds out. I explained that to him and they said sorry the funds already deposited I called the bank the bank said the funds will not be fully deposited until 24 hrs. I explained to the merchant which is Cash Call I'm going to dispute this with the bank I even tried to get cash call in the bank on the phone the same time however the merchant and the bank forced me to take the loan now I have alone which I did not receive I have to pay interest on and I still wasn't able to pay my bill which I took the loan out for and I was forced to take this when I canceled it by law you have 24 hours from when the funds were deposited. 2nd the bank did not dispute this when I called to dispute this like any other transaction
