      CashCall holds a California Finance Lender License that was issued by ************** of ********* Protection and Innovation fka ************** of Business Oversight (License No. *********. At the time that Ms. *** loan funded, this license granted ******************** an express exemption to the usury provisions contained in the California Constitution concerning interest rates for all loans of $2,500 or more. See California ********* Code Section 22002. 

      Our records indicate Ms. ** failed to make payments as agreed on this account. The last payment was received on March 22, 2019. Subsequently, the account was charged off in the amount of $2,465.97 and sold to Momentum ********* LLC.       I'm deeply troubled by the sharing of my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, leading to inaccuracies in my report. This has caused immense financial and emotional distress. Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to privacy. Additionally, 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2 prohibits furnishing accounts without my written instructions. Moreover, under 15 USC **** B, late treatment of payments on my account is prohibited.Please rectify these inaccuracies promptly to alleviate the distress caused. My account number is ********. I trust you'll address this matter in accordance with the law and ensure accurate reporting going forward.

      Our records indicate that ************** failed to make payments as agreed on this account.  The last payment was received on November 22,2017. Subsequently, the account was charged off on February 28, 2018, in the amount of $3,445.96 ($2,272.66 in principal, $1,068.30 in interest, and $105.00 in fees) and sold to *************** LLC. As such, all future inquiries regarding payment or settlement arrangements should be directed to:

      Cash call filed a claim against me with ************* Superior court to recover a debt via garnishment from a debt that is 16 years old. I owed $6500, this debt has been recovered yet garnishment is still occurring and I have a special needs child to care for and I am a school teacher on modest earnings. I need this money to stop coming out of my account please as this is a detriment to my family and Ive paid all loss!

This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress.Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to financial privacy, and I expect my information to remain confidential.Furthermore, 15 USC **** Section 604(a)(2) states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish account information without my written instructions, which I have not provided.I have identified inaccuracies on my credit report from World Finance, impacting my financial well-being.       I received a notice of levy for a $2600 loan that was supposedly returned to the company by the car dealership that sold me a defective vehicle. Back in 2010 since then I have not heard from the company assuming the reversal was completed. Fast forward to July 2023 I received a levy.when I call to inquire I was told they didnt receive the refund and that Id I couldnt produce any records I was being charged $6853.34.I ask why no one ever notified me; and the gentleman did have a answer I told him that the car dealership was out of business and after 13 years how could I get any information? I was told to just call back and set up arrangements to pay. I dont even know if i actually owe this money. I have done a lot of research today about Cashcall and all of their legal issues. Their attorneys are listed from ****************** I really dont know whats going on after 13 years.

      **** app don't give you many options to do anything I send to the wrong person and when I got time to refund it they have requirements such as the person's name and address and phone number I don't know none of that I don't even know these people I sent it to the wrong person that had similar cash check I asked him to refund it and they don't refund it they should I have an automatic refund button are doing have automatic payments unless they both approve it but whatever I just want my money back this is not the first second or third time this happened to me

I called today and they still can't seem to see it. I don't know who Pal ISO is. I would like for BBB to help me get my money back from Cash app

States a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
