      Absolutely no reply to voice messages or emails. I need a document from them to complete my income tax return and I have been trying for months to get a reply of any kind.

      I refianced my mortgage with Interactive Mortgage. There were to be no points and no cost to me except for a possibile limited appraisal cost. There were never points included in the initial communications. The final document included 1% points for the refinance. None of the phone numbers with whom I had been communicating were answered after the refinance was funded. I call accounting and the ************** general number and there is no answer. Are they out of business or just avoiding responding to charges that were included in the final document? I want the 1% points refunded to me.

      I had a loan at closing then after the 3 days right to recind they said coulnd do the ***** because couldnt sale the loan to the invester as well. They blamed me for this when the apprasier is the one who didnt put special instructions on the report. They first told me they would contact the invester then said appriaser to try dodge giving me the loan . He then came up another report at the last minute with instructions after the right to recind had expiered. The locked me at my account as well. the loan officer then turned me said it was my fault instated to try to resolve the matter with me. He then said I cancel the loan on the phone when he said he recored me with out my permission I never agreed to i never signed to any agreement to pull out. Again this happned after the day of funding not before. I then tried to talk a manager he as involded after the fact he mispresented what i said to him. So they need fund the loan as is . Im still in limbo here i never cancled this.

      We apologize for any frustration that **************** experienced with this loan process. However, we were unable to move forward with ******************* loan application because he was unwilling to provide the access necessary to the appraiser in order to complete the appraisal. When the appraiser went to the home for the inspection it was noted that parts of the home were inaccessible due to large amounts of debris and other items blocking access. It was noted that there was a potential health and safety hazard at the home due to its environment, content and condition. It was discussed with **************** that the remainder of the home would need to be accessible by the appraiser in order to move forward. In a phone call on November 12 **************** refused to allow access and stated,  "I will have to back out then." This statement was ******************** intent to cancel the loan. However, please note that regardless of **************** canceling the loan,  we were unable to proceed without a full appraisal inspection and **************** refused to allow such access to the home. We again apologize for any frustration this has caused ****************.
