            I went to unsubscribe to Skill Success and it said it went through BUT that I wasnt officially unsubscribed until I receive an email saying so. That is what didnt seem right to me so its been a few days now and following my gut instinct I did some research and now I know this company is a scam and that I wont ever receive an email. I called their number and its disconnected. Im not scheduled to be charged until Friday so this is proof of everything I have tried to protect my money and so that the people who have tried to get their money back isnt made to look like idiots when they reply on the BBB website with them blaming the customer. I bet I have $228 taken from account on Friday the 23rd of February.

            Beware this company's automatic renewal practice --they will charge the full annual membership fee without the courtesy of notice that it is time for renewal and then will REFUSE to refund the unauthorized charge. Also take note that if you do reply to an email from them it goes into a No Reply black hole and they disavow hearing back from you. Also, there is NO PHONE SUPPORT for any questions or concerns you may have, only email or online chat during their business hours. Poor customer service practices!
