SAS Retail Services has a company working for it called Retail Odyssey whom I have contacted HR about numerous times. Even after sending multiple documents verifying my claim against SAS Retail Service's subsidiary Retail Odyssey, their HR department has ignored documents with verifiable locations, timestamps and direct email copies from Retail Odysseys' leading supervisor. They are accepting absolutely zero responsibility for their subsidiary's discrimination and harassment towards myself.

Recieved harrassement and inbvasion of privacy rights? And practicing deceptive and unfair business practices? ASre constantly bombarded my this company that I never done business with not ever assigned my personal information to nothing they had to offer? And have long indicated to there company that I would never be interested in nothing they had to sell and tell me? What I would like are various permenent and imment implemented? For one I would like to know the how and when and why ? Starting off as to how was my personal information aquired? And why was it compromised? And my personal infrmation was sold to companies without my authorizations and permissions? If you came a cross real worker that does not breeze and use lame and bogus excuses? And if he and she belives in doing what is right and fair? And practices positive and respectable business practices? Along not using an excuse without notice and shutting down my case? Without ever ever notifying me?Allowing this company to get a vengence of constantly sending numerous amounts of harrassing letters and emails? I would appreciate a worker that does what it tkes to make sure that fair business practices are enforced and cared for and that the boundaries are struck with immense positiveness? And are also carried out? I would appreciate any and all that your supervisor? can use his talents to make this right? Peace?

My husband, *********************, works for SAS Retail Services in ***********, *******, He asked for a job transfer back to **** with this employer, He went to his Supervisor, *****, and asked to put in a transfer back to **** on December 30, 2021, so her could go back home to his wife and his family and she stated that she would put the transfer in. She waited several weeks after saying she put the transfer in and come back and stated to **** that there has to be a store available to transfer too. February 14, 2022 he called ***** again and told her he wanted to go home to ****, she stated he had to work the next 2 weeks and she would put the transfer in, **** talked to ***** again on Tuesday, February 21, 2022 and asked what the status of the transfer was. She lied to **** and never put the job transfer in because she didn't want to lose him as an employee in her stores. ***** doesn't have the right to deny this from **** and not contact *************** about getting him transferred. She took away his rights as an employee by denying **** the right to transfer to a store in **** when they have stores available to transfer too. This transfer needs to be put in for *********************, ***** needs to be reprimanded for going against what an employee is asking of there supervisor. This is her job as his supervisor to contact *************** on his behalf to get his transfer done.

This Company has many bad reviews for not paying their employees. I am one of them i have not been paid in over 2 months. There is no communication and their telephone numbers for help desks and HR **** do not get resolved and tickets get closed. I have spoken to many people to continue to get help, and no one is answering their emails or calls to help. I cannot find a person to help me. I feel as if they need to have a thorough investigation on them, to get to the bottom of this.
