They are harassing me about payment. I requested them not to text or call me. Yet they are steady doing both. Not only are they send text but they have a group text with number that are not associated with me . Which i feel is a violation of privacy.Initial Complaint

I used this company to finance a motorcycle October of 2017 at ********************, ********* I paid off the loan June of 2021.I waited for the motorcycle title being patient understanding the effects of COVID.I contacted Model Finance March of 2023 for the title. I was told to send 25.00$ for release of the title which i did. It is now 6-16-2023 and the check has not been cashed and I have not received the title 2 years after i paid off the loan for the motorcycle. Something is not right with this company. Model finance continues to tell me I have a past due balance when I have made every payment on time in October 2021 I made a $300 payment that should have brought me current or left me with a credit and now again theyre saying that oh $97 as a past due balance I have called model finance numerous times and nobody can explain why this past due balance is on my account they reporting false information to credit bureau saying that Im past due and been past due for a long time and that is incorrect. False information has been reported to the credit bureaus causing me to lose potential jobs in homesBusiness response

The last payment you made on the account was 11/03/2021 which made your account next due 11/20/21. Since then you have not made a single payment so you are currently due for November, December, January and February. Do you have records of making more payments after 11/03/2021?
