This amount was to be refunded due the Express lanes not working properly ie not reading the transponder placed in my car. This was a known issue by them ! This is for my license plate # ******Initial Complaint

To who it may concern, For months I have been dealing with system related issues from the OCTA 91 express lanes, and toll roads. My vehicle is registered and on their system through the ******** Fastrak, in which theyre all connected to one another. Every time I have gone through the toll roads I get charged the base price of toll plus a fee for not having an account. Each time I am forced to dispute these which takes weeks at a time.Recently, I submitted a violation contest in which they dismissed because my account was not detected (see attached documents for full response). My account was not detected but I sent screen shots of my account with acc. # and effective date of vehicle plate. The organization threatens to hold my vehicle registration against me if violations are not paid. Not only did I contest online, but when I try to call to speak with a manager the phone number says User Busy or ******* wireless is unable to make your call at this moment.When I go to submit additional notes on the violation, it doesnt let me submit a response or upload photos. This is so shameful of the OCTA to constantly do this to me and offer no easy solution, or any solution at all. Please see all my attachments regarding this issue. Thank you.
