I purchased a fridge from this company on 4/16/24. Initially, everything was great, but the fridge soon started to leak internally and wouldn't cool. I contacted them and that started a ridiculous ongoing exchange. After much back and forth, trying to get them to honor appointments they would set, someone came out and "fixed" the fridge. Afterward, the fridge cooled, but the leaking persisted. When I contacted them again asking them to replace it, the employee on the phone told me they couldn't just take my word for there being an issue and that they had to send someone to inspect as if no one had ever come. No one ended up coming on the set time. They set times and ignore you when the time comes until you contact them constantly. They've even told me that they had no one available for an appointment THEY set days in advance. Someone finally came out again, but the issue persisted. After more back and forth, they replaced the fridge with one that was also faulty. The freezer doesn't cool well and the adjustment k*** isn't even attached. I asked for someone to come and they sent someone randomly without setting a time (a common tactic with them) and he said he would come back with a replacement part in 4-5 days. That time passed and they asked me what the problem even was when I got a replacement. They refused to set a specific time for someone to come. I was told they wouldn't refund me initially because they had a final sale policy that I was only notified of AFTER they gave me the fridge. That's deceptive. It was nowhere on the online listing. Communicating with this company is awful as they completely disregard customers. One time, an employee reached out to me with a different number than I knew and set a new time once their tech failed to show again, and then when they failed that time and I reached out to her, she asked me how I even got her number. I should honestly be suing. I want this fridge taken back and refunded. I don't care about any policy. Awful!

on 4-7-94 I bought a microwave oven combination from this company. it came with a 6 month warranty on parts and labor. The oven died immediately and they replaced it with an older model that worked for about two weeks. We could not shut the oven off. we had to shut the breaker. They said it would be replaced that week. its been months and after multiple phone calls and text messages I have heard nothing. When he did answer his phone he said he had lost his phone but he would replace that week. still nothing. I requested my money back several times also

My initial contact with the representative indicated that the original option was no longer available, but they sent an alternative unit, finalizing the purchase for $2000 in cash with the assurance of a 2-year warranty. The troubles began when I reported the malfunction of the stove on November 16th due to its inability to maintain temperature. Despite promises of prompt resolution, the scheduled technician missed several appointments and, upon finally inspecting the appliance on November 27th, identified a faulty sensor. Subsequent attempts to secure a resolution proved challenging, with promised visits on December 26th leading to empty appointments and unmet expectations. I was later informed that parts needed to be ordered, but when I requested the part number in January to explore alternative solutions, this information was withheld. I engaged an independent appliance repair company on January 31st, incurring a $100 diagnostic fee. Their findings indicated that the unit required a costly board rebuild due to its pre-Samsung acquisition status in 2016. Requesting the technician's report to reconcile the conflicting information, I was told that no such report existed.Despite the efforts to rectify the situation on February 8th by replacing sensors, the core issue persisted, leaving the oven unable to maintain temperature. Repeated requests for a refund were denied, and subsequent technician appointments on February 20th were unfulfilled.Any attempts to contact them in the last 5 months have been unsuccessful. They will not return my calls or texts, and now I'm left with a non-working range in my kitchen.

The refrigerator was purchased and delivered just after Thanksgiving 2022. It arrived with multiple scratches on the front doors. I was told that new black panels would be ordered. 18 months later the panels have still not been replaced. I offered a settlement but after the negotiating was completed the company stopped responding to texts and emails. After negotiating a settlement I was told that **********, who I've had no dealings with would issue a check. For obvious reasons they never have.My primary problem is this company and it's officers seem to have no moral compass.

I have called and texted the owner and they will not respond I just want the warranty work done so the dishwasher's work. I checked reviews on this company and it seems this is a common problem with this company.

I purchased a Whirlpool Stainless steel side by side refrigerator 33" wide on 6-21-24 for $500. Product was delivered but was defective. Refrigerator or freezer never got cold. I messaged the salesman, ********************* the next day. As a repair could take who knows how long, he sent me another smaller refrigerator a few days later. I told the salesman the replacement was too small for my needs. The salesman told me, he would deliver to me the larger 21cu ft the next week. To this day I remain with the smaller refrigerator, as the larger size that I purchased was never delivered. On Tuesday the 18th I contacted the store manager, *************************** and related the issue. He said to be patient and I would have the refrigerator I originally purchased. At this time, I consider this a breach of the purchase agreement. It has been very stressful for me. I would like to have my purchase price of $500 CASH returned to me. and they can pickup the smaller refrigerator. It does not satisfy my needs. I will purchase another refrigerator tomorrow.

Purchased a Kutch Range (Model# KRG3618U)- Told **** (sales person) 3 times I needed Liquid Propane via FB messenger (1/6/2024)- **** agreed to have range converted to Propane, delivered and installed 1/8/2024 for $2200 - I confirmed w/ **** the morning of 1/8/2024 that the stove was converted to propane.- Unit was delivered but two men on 1/8/2024. The unit was too heavy so my son and I needed to help carry new stove to the second floor. With the removal of the old stove, the delivers damaged 15 Wood steps, ever though I asked them to stop. They said there was no other way.- ********* agreed to provide a $200 discount for the damage to the stairs. My friend who is a contractor estimated it will cost $1200 to fix.- Upon testing the new range, I questioned why the flame was so high and if there was a way to turn it down. Delivery men didn't speak much english but motioned to turn the k**** down. I called **** and he confirmed it was due to the Range being cleaned and the flame was burning the chemicals. - I paid the $2000 and the delivery men went on their way.- Right after they left, I turned on the over to warm up so we could cook a frozen pizza. **** minutes of letting it run, my house was filled with the smell of Gas and was full of black smoke. I grabbed a quick video and sent it to *********-Once me and my son were safely outside, I called **** and said something wasn't right. He confirmed the stove was not converted to propane as originally advised. He let me know via text, his guys would be up 1/9/24 between *****. This also meant we could not use our stove to cook and feed my family of 7 so we had to order take out (after staying out of the house for 2 hours to let the smell and smoke get out.-1/9/24 - I took off ****pm so I could be here to help (loss of $200), they didn't show up until 5:30pm and couldn't fix the oven due to the "wrong part". Had to purchase take out that night too.-1/10/24 - Oven still does not work
