Date of the transaction: November 17, 2023 **** show with *****. Paid a total of $540.00 *********** was supposed to fulfill my order and send me my product in March of 2024. *********** has not sent me my order and refuses to respond to my attempts to contact them. The business has not attempted to resolve the dispute even after multiple emails requesting information about the status of the order. This issue has been resolved. This order was shipped and delivered before this complaint. After communicating with the customer she has located the order. I have attached a picture of the order form along with screenshots of the tracking showing that the order was delivered.Initial Complaint

- Purchase made at trade show in ******* for $64.14 on 6/5/22. (Order ID **************- The item did not work as described rendering it unusable.- Emailed them regarding the issue, after initial contact and issue not being resolved they stop responding to my emails. - Called and spoke to owner about wanting a refund. He told me to mail it back with the receipt and they would refund my money.- Mailed out package 10/24/22, where I paid $25.05 for shipping. Never received refund. I was told when I first purchased the heat pack that it has a lifetime warranty with a free replacement if my product should become damaged for any reason. I have reached out to the company numerous times by writing to the email on the website and also through their social media page via Instagram. I have yet to receive any type of response whatsoever. Very unprofessional and deceitful.Business response
