They need more Doctors. My daughter was having sever asthma and treated me as if she was just anxious. There was some very scary people in the waiting room that staff had to ****** out. These two smelly guys kept checking out my daughter then passed out on the floor. Some of them in waiting room kept telling me to take her to *****. As a single parent, I just cant flounce into *****, and leave my special needs daughter alone. Oroville needs more doctors and staff.

The worst health facility I have ever been to in my life. The physicians did not recognize mild symptoms when an issue could be resolved without surgery, time goes by and I continue to get sicker until finally while I work I collapse, I go to the ** and they tell me it's a nine-hour wait before anyone can see me, I wait a while in agony and finally just decide to go home. They ran one blood test before I had left. I wait and go in pain to see my physician that I was in the ** and they did a blood test. They tell me I need to go back to the **, Instead, I drive out of town to the next town over and I tell them I'm in pain, they had me in my own suite and out of pain in less than an hour and emergency surgery in the morning. The problems with them still continue with treatment and their discriminatory and substandard treatment and the only reason I haven't turned them into the medical board is they may be helping a few people but I have also talked to other patients who are receiving substandard care and are not being treated. At first, I thought I was a unique case of not being treated but it is more of a systemic issue in this facility and it is going to cause either people to die or be severely injured if they have not already killed or hurt somebody. They need to either be fined or someone should be imprisoned for their choices.

Worst emergency room I have ever visited. The "doctors" literally don't care. They would rather stand around chatting and drinking coffee than helping anyone. When my son was younger he had thrush and the lady that checks people in kept telling me "well, babys cry a lot, but if you still want to be seen you can." Any visit is a minimum 6 hour wait. My grandmother, who was sent by her pcp by ambulance, was made to wait over three hours before being told it would still be several more hours. She went in for a blood tranfusion for low iron levels. Even providers in the Oroville Hospital network will tell you that you're better off driving to Chico, or even **********. It's honestly disgusting.
