Calpine wireless has failed to provide effective communication when addressing issues about low latency speeds, periods of down time, none responsive to customer inquires for service. I have contacted them directly a number of times concerning the following issues. I spoke to a representative named Mike who often fails to return phone calls. I have been giving excuses about towers be down numerous times, told towers would be worked on and promised follow up phone calls. I have contacted company several times by phone and by text asking for help or updates on problems being fixed. There has been no response and problem has not been fixed. When I signed up for the internet the speeds were constantly higher and we're able to use such networks for streaming. Problem started about a month ago where I lost the inability to stream. After testing latency it showed anywhere from .o5 to 1.5 upload speeds. Hulu will stream at 3 upload and higher. Customer service has offered no solution.Business response

Customer using a Amazon firestick. Known issues well documented with the device. Unit not updated to latest firmware. Customer purchased new router, also needing updates. We corrected his connection , and discussed his issues that he needs to fix on 10/2/2021. Hulu is well documented on the Internet to having problems with fire sticks and other streaming devices. Customer is on a 10 mbit down and 2mbit up plan. Inform him that any other devices running on the internet are going to affect upload and download speeds.Customer response
