I went to ******** hospital for a couple procedures. I have been paying my bills but realized I have been receiving a constant bill of $35 every month. I have tried to call the 866 number to talk to someone for an itemized bill to figure out what is going on. The lady has been extremely rude and telling me she already sent it. I told her I have never received anything and now no one will answer my phone call. I talked to a ***** from the actual billing department and he said he can not help with part of my request because it's a different part of the hospital. Now I am being threatened with collections.Initial Complaint

********** Professional Group is the medical billing entity for ****************** I received a single **** from them for $67.00 and I went directly to the hospital to pay this ****. When I arrived, I was told to ignore the **** as insurance had paid the entire account. Several months later I find a new collections account from OroHealth Pro Group on my credit report for over $3,500.00.I have contacted OroHealth Pro Group half a dozen times to resolve the issue and have been told on each occasion that I don't owe them anything, that my insurance paid the ****. I have requested account statements or invoices on each call, been told I should receive by email within 72 hours and have never received any information. I have contacted the collection agency directly and been told that no one from ********** Pro Group has ever contacted them to remove the collection account. To this day, I have never received a **** for this account, I continue to be told I owe nothing by the creditor and continue to be harassed by the collection agency who denies everything OroHealth Pro group has told me. Oh, and somehow the Collections agent gets to keep increasing the total owed every month.Initial Complaint

I have an ongoing dispute with this company over an $85 copay several years ago. I have provided them on multiple occasions with proof that I paid with a debit card, but they have refused to remove the collection action from my credit report, which is the ONLY derogatory item. Every time I have sent the information -- most recently a few weeks ago -- they do not respond.
