    On 7/1/2022 I purchased several flower pots from Early California Antiques of Oxnard and they were shipped to me. 3 flower pots arrived broken and one I did not want. I returned the unwanted flower pot. As of today 6/24/23 I still have not received a refund for the 1 returned flower pot and the 3 flower pots that arrived broken. The store owner said he would refund me but he has not done so and he has stopped responding to my requests for a refund. I sent him photos of the broken flower pots and their shipping boxes so he could file claims with USPS for the broken flower pots. He confirmed he received refunds from USPS for the broken flower pots but he has still not refunded me for the broken flower pots. Also, he confirmed he received the flower pot I returned to the store by mail. He said he would refund me for it but he still has not refunded me for the returned flower pot. These orders were placed on 7/1/2022. It is now 6/24/2023 and I have been waiting almost a year to receive my refunds from this antique store. Initially the owner was responding to my texts saying he would refund me but eventually he stopped responding. Below are the order numbers and amounts I’m owed. • Order number 1933 for Turquoise jardinière arrived broken. I am due a refund of $337.56 • Order number 1935 for Orange Jardinière arrived broken. I am due a refund of $176.67 • Order number 1925 for Cobalt Jardinière arrived broken. I am due a refund of $101.75 • Order number 1934 for small blue Jardinière was returned by mail. I am due a refund of $115.15 In total I am due a refund of $731.13

    Please do not do business with this place. Eric agreed to purchase items from me. I shipped them after he said he would pay me after being able to inspect them for damage. I agreed. Shipped them. Saw some of my items on his social media posts even so I know he received them. I tried collecting payment multiple times over several months and it was always one excuse after another. At this point it has been 9 months with no payment and i'm not hopeful in receiving any money in the future. Please be aware that he may not be the most honest person with the best morals.
