When I went to look for an apartment at Tempo at river park, which is suppose to be a high end apartment complex ( they charge me $2,640 for one bed room apartment . The first day I went there , they told me that they have one bedroom apartment but it is not ready, but instead they should me the model one bed room apartment, which was fantastic, clean and shiny new appliance… and hen I asked to see my Future apartment they said , you will see the day you move in … so I moved in on the 20th of January… and to my surprise the place was so dirt, everything is so worn out, the cabinets, the carpet is worn out and dirty and all the appliance are very scratched, very old and the fridge door is rusty .. the appliance smelled very awful like a dead animal in it and as they have not been used for a long time. When I talked to the management about the condition of the apartment and that I was not excepting this filthy condition in high end complex like this. They told if you do not like it move out with out penalty. I was surprised from the answer they said ur is what it is, no change of appliance at all and if I want to change them they have to charge me to have descent appliance ., the maintenance guy told the charge because that when I move out has has to bring these filthy appliances for the next tenant… so that proves my point that these appliance were in the storage and they bring them back to charge for descent appliances… I asked to change the carpet because it is totally worn out and filthy and snatched as by an animal nails… the manager said yes may she can change the carpet … but after that she is never in the office.. I asked her for their corporate office of Tempi at river park, she gave me a number for woman and told me this number is the corporate office, but it is as the management group number and the number never answer and does not even have a voice mail or anything. Finally they gave me an email but she did not answer. Neighbors had the same experience .
