I was given a quote for an insurance policy through Julio's Auto Insurance, and requested a summary of the pricing details from the agent on the phone. They refused to give me this, stating it would be on the paperwork. They did not send me this paperwork until after I paid for the policy. This paperwork provided the disclosures about the brokerage fee that they charged me, which was not disclosed to me before I paid for the brokerage fee and the policy principle.Business response
